Here is just one suggestion I want to give that the videos Can be more Elaborated and Long of ranging from about 15 min to 30 Min+. Because most of your videos are less than 10 min in length. It Can give a better understanding of the Properties you show and can Engage us. In some videos how the rooms in the houses are connected was Not Understandable. Why Nakheel is building these properties. Dubai has only 40% occupancy rate with nearly 60% of the building and properties vacant with no tenants. To make the matter worse, Nakheel keep building more and more apartment buildings which is depressing the market and reducing the value even further. My apartments prices are even lower than what it was in 2005. For 15 years no capital gain on properties. If I invested in real estate in USA, it would have been up nearly 300% by now after 15 years.

I'm not sure if you know but when there's a fire it spreads very easily through the stairways as it acts like a chimney. But that's fine it's not me sleeping there why should i care haha

You are already dead, so trying to have at least a 50% chance of escaping would be better... Also, fire exit staircases are precisely designed to ensure to keep fire out. They have fire rated doors that prevent a fire from entering the space. Fire staircases are also pressurised to ensure there is no entry for smoke, to enable easy use of the passage in case of an emergency. Fire exit staircases also are well lit with backup power to provide for adequate illumination in case the utility power supply is impacted. It's impossible for the fire to enter unless fire already started there or the fire was too huge that it broke in. If both exists and the refuge area are blocked, your only hope is to communicate with the fire fighters where they can help you get out by I guess jumping on a life net (?). Like dude I don't know what kind of situation do you want here. When fire occurs, people will scream and shout to wake others. If you're too screwed, like I've said, communicating with the fire fighters is your only hope. Might as well add a parachute to every room in case you want to take things in the fun way
