Sir for exemption of custom duty & IGST I have to purchase the machinery direct from foreign suppliers or I can purchase the same machinery through indian suppliers
You have to take total exports in INR for last 3 FY of only same/similar products and then divide by 3. You will get the AEO. Also Note remove Exports done towards specific export obligation of any other EPCG License for counting AEO. Thanks for watching.
Hi, Thanks for commenting. First Get the EPCG License issued from DGFT. Then while making your export shipment, make sure to file the Shipping Bill under EPCG Scheme and enter the EPCG License No. & Date always.

Hi, Purchase the machinery direct from foreign suppliers will be an easier option.
