Sir we have shipped an agrochemical product to Chad through Douala port, the buyer sent 50% money from an Saudi Arabian fincop agency and the balance 50% from another forex agency from UAE ...now we are in a fix that how come we realised our IRM as we mentioned in SB the first remitter agency as buyer and the original buyer as consignee. Sir kindly gives us a way out to such a complex payment scenario which is very common in African exports.

Hi sir i have a doubt. We are tier 2 supplier using plastic sheet to cover a component of a product and giving it to tier 1 supplier who gets other components from other tier 2 suppliers, assemble and give to Brand owner. Do we need to get EPR registration as we are tier 2 suppliers ?
