I played this real quick after watching the first couple levels, and I'll say I think it's more fun to play without having noticed the level names. They serve as hints to get you thinking on track with the solution, but I enjoy doing that myself. So I hope the full game is a bit more ambiguous in that regard. I really enjoyed it!
Yup. Lifehack, practice giving firm, strong handshakes. People will think you're reliable and honest even though you're a lazy bastard who calls in sick all the time. By the time they find out, it is too late!
I thought handshakes were gross since i was a little kid. I aint touching it unless i have a full, written itinerary of everything that hand has touched since it's last wash.
I just want to say you overcomplicate some of these you go over the top with them. But I'm assuming it's where you're an engineer. I'm a technician as well as a fabricator. And there's only a couple of these puzzles we've agreed on as far as a way to solve them. It's kind of interesting to see are two different thought processes and both come out with an answer that works.
Hey, I'm the music and sfx creater of Handshakes. THANK YOU SO MUTCH FOR PLAYING OUR GAME!!!! We're working on a full game release of Handshakes with new themes, tracks, machanics, a lot more levels, a level maker and mutch more! We hope you'll also play that when it's out!
Thanks from the Devs for playing Matt! Such an awesome video, you seem like a pretty smart guy ;D If anyone liked the look of the game we're working on a full game, hop over to itch and give us a follow :)
Shaking hands is dangerous, you say Matt? Instantly thinks of that safety film called Shake hands With Danger That's actually a thing. The Rifftrax/MST3K riff on it is absolutely brilliant, too. Ah, workplace safety films with catchy music and insane situations...the best sort of safety films. Makes me wonder what happened to those sorts of safety films. I'd pay attention more with a catchy guitar hook and cheesy 70s film for safety training! EDIT: So reading up on it. 1. Caterpillar commissioned it 2. They wrote an original country song for it 3. Film was distributed by Centron in the late 70s/early 80s. The whole thing is on TH-cam and is just....it's absolutely what you'd expect from a late 70s, early 80s safety video. If that video was stuffed full of cheese and meant for heavy equipment operators 4. Film has a cult following because of how cheesy it is. I'd be interested to know how effective it actually was in its time.
Going very close to the person that shake his hand is something for architects, engineers do it like in the game. They even engineered their hands so good they grow back very quickly
Hey Matt, my palms were hairy, making handshakes awkward. But thanks to manscape, I've now got a landing strip running down the centre of my palm, finger tip to wrist. Now handshakes are smooth and fluid once again. Thanks manscape
Not a huge thing, but slightly annoying that the mouseover preview for videos with sponsored segments is almost always part of the sponsored segment. I suspect it's because people skip ahead to the end, and TH-cam interprets that as the "most watched" part of the video and chooses a clip from right before that.
what move do you suggest he could have performed in that moment to be able to shake hands without getting another hand to hold down the button that he had to let go of so he could shake hands?
No. He couldn't. As soon as the left hand goes off the button towards the right, the right gets cut off. Doesn't matter if the "wrist" is still on the button. Has to be the hand.
Firsts level name that probably @Real Civil Engineer missed: 00 First Step 01 Green Buttons 02 Push Push Shake 03 The First Baby 04 Straight 05 Purple Buttons 06 That had to hurt ... 09 Just Short (so I think that if U got in the bottom gate U couldn't reach the other hand)
Literally used the Manscaped code instantly since I've been wanting to get their products for a while I just haven't yet but they're having some sort of sale and with the code included I got like 130~ off my order. Muy bueno! The strongest shape grows stronger!
the abiltiy to cut off your hand is way to op, the devs definitely did not see the possibilities that opens. there are way to many viable options for each lvl😊
Fist bumps are more less just as bad as handshakes and even cringeier and we've had pandemics long before COVID, I wasn't alive during them or not most maybe 1 of them but I sure know they existed historically speaking
RCE: "Whats this level called, 'Up and Down'" the level's actual name: Down and Up I mean... ehhh... no, thats not the name, but its equivalent... this irks me
I don't know if anyone else has noticed, but when I saw the thumbnail, I totally thought it was a graystillplays video, lol It is way to similar to Gray's thumbnails
Maybe its just me, but it seems like matt missed a knob joke on the "reach around" level, seeing as it looked like a side profile of someone with a dangly knob
I prefer handshakes. But fist bumps are good at being a common greeting so you don’t need to touch weirdos and degenerates that plague the earth with their presence

23:01 he reach a hand in the final spot and 23:14 he reach the other hand in the final spot, but they never shacked their hands again :(

Origin of the hand shake ways back to wild west times while it shows the trust that both parties will not attempt to pull their weapons.
What a coincedence! I played this game for the first time just over an hour and a half ago and now I'm watching someone play it!

I waited until the last level, where I expected you won't finish the level. I wasn't disappointed 👍😁
