Moissanite looks less clear. Likely due to being doubly refractive. Natural diamonds are pointless unless you really want to potentially sell for 30% less in the future. Go with lab grown if not reselling

An easy way to tell is how it reflects light. Moissanite reflects a wider color spectrum than diamond, which typically only reflects white light.
Yeah, I can spot the fake right away. Anything that reflects a rainbow prism of colors isn't real.
