Unfortunately, no. The velcro strap for shoulder rest in the Pure case isn't long enough to reach around a Bon Musica shoulder rest. You can see the strap at 4:23 in the video.
The Pure cases are extremely water-resistant. There's a seal that goes around the opening of the case to prevent water from seeping in. As for temperature resistance, it is quite temperature resistant, since the shell is made of plastic. It doesn't absorb temperatures like metallic cases do.
The music bags are removable. They are attached via buttons. Though it's not recommended to move it too often. Overtime, that button can rip through the cloth of the bag if it's being pulled too often.

However, if you don't want to buy a case that is 25% value of the violin, we would recommend the Howard Core CC430 cases for $200. There are $100 cases on amazon, but a lot of protection is sacrificed. It may not do the best job in protecting your instrument while it's being shipped.
