You can also make Tornado Dragon (if you have the Extra Deck space) basically for free. At 2:15, instead of making Abyss Dweller, make Tornado Dragon, activate Tiger to revive then use Tornado Dragon to detach Chick, popping Tiger. This triggers Tiger's other effect to revive Chick again, letting you make a Rank 4 once you make Galatea with the monsters you revived off Tiger, and giving you an extra send off Chick (possibly the smaller Fusion if you're running that package). You then continue with the normal combo from there.
This is kinda irrelevant but you forgot the mandatory mill effect off of curious. But I was wanting to play something other than bomber control orcust but didn't know where to start with the combos and this video helped out.

Why didn't you make dingirsu in the first combo to recur the cymbal and provide protection for your board? Also, I think it might've been useful to point out that just chick + tiger + extender is the curious gryphon play without playing through azzathot (Which can be very good pre-siding as you're much less worried about nibiru.) Also, if you're playing multiple harp horrors, opening one copy can change combo strings because you can send world wand with knightmare instead and use harp and a luna for a dark rank 4 like evilswarm nightmare or cairngorgon (for striker.) Otherwise, really good video.
It's close, but I think nibiru is a bit better. Sphere mode requires them to have at least 3 monsters, whereas nibiru will stop them midcombo and does not care about the number of monsters on their field.
I've played LunaLights for a while because they were so budget, and I've finally been able to collect a Dingirsu. Idk how much longer Orcust will be viable but I'd really love a deck profile
Galatea is linked in the first combo example even without a monster being in the other EMZ. Linked is when a link monster points to something or a link monster is pointing to it.
Your Zephyros was in the wrong zone during one of your combos. At 6:53 your Zephyros was in face-up attack position in the middle main monster zone. When you replicated your board afterwards at 8:24, you moved the card one zone to the right. This really doesn't matter all that much though, because everything else would work regardless.
Cannot wait for the budget profile if that's even possible XD this deck is looking really fun and I might have to dig through my cards to see what I need to build it
For the last combo I personally prefer to make a rank 4 such as abyss dweller instead of having the Galatea with crescendo negate so that I can play around super polymerization. Or potentially you could zephyros bounce tiger then tiger summon emerald bird and make a rank 4 in addition to that board.
Shuffle back the harp instead of knightmare. If you draw into the knightmare it suck a lot but if you dark the harp instead uh can summon it and do link plays.
@@dhanyl2725 the healthiest route might be to ban crescendo, keeps all the other cards alive but eliminates the negate you get out of such a splashable engine.

Hi I have watched your channel for a while now, and I was wondering if you could help me with a ruling issue. Endymion The Mighty Master Of Magic cannot be targeted by card effects or destroyed as long as it has a spell counter, firstly does this include monster effects that target it, second would it also block monster effects from an opponents monster that can tribute monsters on your field, I only ask as recently some players have been saying that monster effects that can tribute it as quick effects can target it. Can you help with this confusion?
For the first question, yes, it is also protected from monster effects as well. For the second, as far as I'm aware, there aren't many currently relevant effects that have to target to tribute. For something like monarch's stormforth, it is protected, but for a card like a kaiju or nibiru, it is unprotected, as they neither target nor destroy.
It was a dark fiend type monster from what I can recall and used a field spell in conjunction with it to be able to target monsters on my field to tribute. Unfortunately I can not remember the names of the cards he used.
@@marcrickard751 alright, that would be lilith lady of lament, and lair of darkness is the field. Lilith does bypass targeting protection, because neither her nor lair of darkness target. They essentially work through the idea of normal tributing, so no targeting is ever done, but the field spell extends it over the whole field (as long as the tribute is done for a an effect, not a summon or maintnence cost.)

The deck is super budget. Before the recent tiger spike, you could get the entire main deck other than dangers for like £20 at most? With their reprints, dangers aren't even that expensive and neither is borrelsword or any extra deck monster other than apollousa which is optional and ding which you can play at 1 and is around £25 ish
Looking at this how could people be pissed off at orcust. This deck overall is 70% luna combos 10% extra deck reinforcement 10% orcust. Looking at all the resources used by luna and the extra deck. This is barely a orcust loop instead it just completes it at the end phase vs some others who are linear 2 engine decks. Coming from a BA orcust CYDRA orcust player. I think I'll have my fun with this before October's possible doom of mermaid 😭😭

@@BlackSPYRO10 First up, cyberdark hasn't had meta relevency like ever. Second, Ancient Gears are slow, inconsistant, and can't play threw 2+ negates. Plus they need to go second inorder to stand any chance since they don't have a turn 1 boad.
On the 3 card combo I was alittle confused, The yellow martin most be sent to the grave to add a lunalight spell/trap and Nyarla is an XYZ that is detaching for cost I'm just confused on why Yellow Marten still gets its effect someone please explain if they see this
Why is force strix generic and not like every other raidraptor extra deck monster say 2 wing beasts of whatever level ???? Such a simple erata would probs fix it so this deck don't go crazy on a turn with kelido chick
I don't like Knightmare Mermaid. It's like Guardragon Agarpain. A shortcut that allows people to cheat their way into getting access to monsters they don't deserve. I can't wait for these 2 Link Monsters to be banned.
Lunalights are so fun to play, I play a pure deck so it's not really as good as it can be. But it's still good. I just hope Konami doesn't hit anything other than the problem cards
Thats overkill. Lunalights on their own are not threatening. Its only threatening with the addition of Orcust engine. Mermaid will get banned. Thats the problem. Dont pay attention to harmless archetypes.
I get that Orcust cards are the problem of this deck, but Lunalights have incredible searching effects too. Konami needs to stop with the generic engines, or this happens.
This combo tutorial just showed how bad is Mermaid in this format (and I play it in my Cydra Orcust) It's just wrong how easily you can bring out the Orcust combo in pretty much every deck

Normally i like your Videos but you made Missplays and even a invalid Play in this Video: 1. the Missplay on 3.05 you could have just gone into Dingirusu because the card doesnt need to be co-linked just linked to be protected 2. the invalid Play: on 6.27 you tried to summon zephyros the elite from your hand which is an invalid play because you can only activate its effect from the graveyard PS: I didnt point this out to make you look like an bad player but misstakes shouldnt be unspoken and i hope you know those misstakes in the future and dont do them again :)
What if i told you that turning the camera off for 5 seconds. re watching what you just recordered could have made life alot easier on you trying to recall the board you just made.... but then again that requires editing which you don't know how to do.

That is not how Apolussa's attack gain works Cimo. It gains 800 attack for every "link" monster used as material. It specifies.

Sphere mode uses your normal summon. Niburu does not

The only card expensive in this deck is Dingirsu, which you can play 1 of and be absolutely fine.
Dingirsu being a once per turn summon allows to sit at 1 copy and bring fine

Nyarla effect to swap materials is actually an effect on resolution
