This channel sets the standard for how high end homes should be filmed! Great video! Love this house! Woodworking details are my favorite part of this house. That always brings warmth to every home and that always looks so good.
I want to thank you for the past five years as well. Both you and Mikey are a God sent. I don't if i told you this before however, these videos really help especially coming out of COVID. I shared the UTAH off grid home with my cousin who passed. He enjoyed your tours. It was a real escape to somewhere we've never been. Yes, without a passport. Everyone viewing all experience every part of their senses with these tours through the narration with you and Mikey through the years. Now with Cody and others. The next step is to level up with the patreon. Thanks to you, Mikey and the team!
Wow, Enes! This Malibu Cove Colony home is an absolute dream-what a masterpiece of design and craftsmanship! The wood finishes and custom curved millwork, resembling the waves, were simply stunning. I loved how the stacked stone exterior facade seamlessly carried through to the interior, and the interlocking stone and wood flooring designs were a true showstopper. The finger-joint railing is such an artistic touch-it adds a unique design element that ties the spaces together beautifully. This home truly embodies 'dream on the beach.' The golden cypress floors perfectly complemented the gold, brown, beige, and cream tones of the stacked stone, creating a warm, calming, and welcoming atmosphere. The furnishings were expertly staged for this mid-century modern gem, and the abundance of natural light through the various transom and picture windows added to its charm. Of course, the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop stole the show, offering breathtaking views right in the backyard. The organic ethos of the design stood out, especially in the family room with its lush greenery, natural tones, and lovely courtyard for indoor-outdoor relaxation. The skylights, planters, and built-in workstation made the living room feel serene yet functional, while the wooden metal dowel railing brought an artsy touch throughout. The fabricated copper sinks were another standout feature, as were the warm cypress panels that beautifully mirrored the golden hues of a sunset. The beach-level surf shack was a brilliant addition-practical and perfect for any beach lover! The nighttime drone footage was just magical, capturing the golden cypress tones of the hardwood floors and the incredible ambiance of the oceanfront setting. The connection between rooms, particularly the main-level spaces for entertaining, was so thoughtfully designed-ideal for gatherings and making memories. Jay Vanos truly outdid himself with this architectural marvel. Enes, your detailed tour and thoughtful commentary made this home come to life. Thank you for showcasing such an extraordinary property!
Ok. Last comment I promise. You all’s production quality really shines in all your tours, but this one really takes the cake. speaking of chef’s kisses….well done production team.
My father was a woodworker/craftsman for over 45 years. He's worked in NYC on projects such as The MARRIOT (bottom of the former World Trade Center), HBO Hq's, St. John's Univ., Fordham Univ., Zomba Records, and so much more... I've seen A LOT of incredible woodwork & THIS is definitely a work of ART. I CANNOT WAIT FOR HIM TO SEE THIS UPLOAD 🙂 edit: Enes, I wish you had taken some time to point out how cleverly designed that staircase was. They way the steps are fabricated into the slotted wall is a chefs kiss 👌 4:56 & also, how they blended the woodwork on the exterior of the home was beautifully executed ( can see at 36:28 on left side) even down to how the strength of the ocean w/ the softness of the design is literally the best of both world... I love when a home has FLW influence but doesn't really look like a Wright design. This is what it means to be inspired by art without copying it. It's brilliant.
Gorgeous, and i could feel Enes was truly excited by the stunning design and craftsmanship. I hope one day he holds up a set of keys and announces he has just bought it. Do we all get invited to a party?

Incredible home with mid century style and a lot of character. It’s near perfect with quirkiness. The only thing I’d change is by putting glass or lucite rebar caps on the tops of all the standing metal bars as that poses a safety risk in case someone falls.
All that light looks like it's beautiful in person, but having direct natural light in the closet also seems like it would cause your clothes to all fade prematurely.
