    ,,,, ఈరోజు ఉదయం 30 నిమిషాలు మెడిటేషన్ చేశాను డైలీ ఉదయం 6 నుంచి 6 గంటల 30 నిమిషాల వరకు చేస్తున్నాను నీధానముగా పెంచుతాను ఎందుకంటే మెడిటేషన్ చేసిన తర్వాత పగలంతా నిద్రమత్తుగా ఉంటుంది. నా ఏజ్ కు తగ్గట్టుగా ఉదయం ఒక గంట సాయంత్రం ఒక గంట చేయాలనుకుంటున్నాను ధన్యవాదాలు
