Hi Paul, how does one find out who the owner of a plot of land is that you are interested in purchasing to build on? This is not in the PV area, but it's largely rough grass fields intersected with dirt tracks and the occasional grey cinder block "shacks" and a lot of ruins/rubble where previous ones used to be.

Revist your sq/ft to sq/m statement and cost... US $ 1,000 is per SQ/M not sq /ft
