Not sure if I will get an answer for this. Since who uses Encore anymore. My question is this. I have a Chapter select page that has 23 chapters on it. But for some reason the last 5 buttons arent working even when I remake the button. Is there any reason this would be. I have everything linked properly. Any help would be good.

am using a sample version of Adobe Encore CS6, I don't have the list of menu in the Library section.... Which I want to create chapters for DVD. From where can i download the menus?
I have cs6 and I have nothing in the Library. Any ideas? I looked on a blog site and people say I have to download certain missing files for cs6. Why cs6, why?

I just accidentally did my menu so much better and faster. i went to photoshop..made it..came back to encore..and it was already there with the buttons and everything. Without clicking anything. I just used the same exact file so encore just replaced it right away i guess.
If you render out the MPEG-2 DVD or BluRay files in Media Encoder choose "don't transcode" in the Encore settings. You waste time "re-rendering" as you call it. Encore is a serious authoring tool. If you're simply looking to make a down and dirty menu for prosumer projects like weddings and bar mitzvahs then Womble DVD or Power Director would be a better solution for you. If you're creating a DVD MASTER for Sony or Disney you'll want a compliant master, or as you say a "long-winded" process.
ok thera re other similat soffwares out there? what about the top DVd burning software ? I usually rely on Top ten reviews but Ive been kinda surprised to see Nero burnign rom so low rated there
ok how do i do this I have 2 lots of discs cs5 and cs6 upgrade. anyone know what discs I need to put in to get the buttons. he makes it look simple but need the buttons to make this thing work.
Why doesn't Adobe have better graphics? The ones in Premiere are particularly cheesy and they haven't changed in the 8 years I've been using the software.

Adobe Encore is very long winded in the time spent making a menu using this software I could of created 10 DVD menus using Womble DVD Wizard 5 and that software makes all the links and buttons for you and doesn't re-render like Adobe.
I have been making soft for about 3 years, but I thought it might be a good idea to take a refresher course by watcNice tutorialng tNice tutorials video.
When you say in the title, "Creating Menus...," that shouldn't mean go to the Library and double click on a menu. It should mean what it says, "CREATING MENUS." My CS3 doesn't have the luxury of a Library. Some of us are still trying to learn what it means to create a button and make it work. I take it none of you are real teachers. What a waste.......
Maybe "Basics 2" should tell you something...that's there is a "Basics 1"? But even that said, we didn't really do the series with a focus to help people with illegal downloads of cracked old incomplete versions. Maybe get a real copy? Just a thought.

Look for "adobe funcuntial content:" in your CD/DVD install disk or in your downloaded install files
