    Some great achievements there and im sure you'll roast a Sub 2:50 off the training you're doing. I can't imagine what it must feel like to DNF at 84 miles of an Ultra!

      Thanks John & Dawn. Much appreciated. Really looking forward to giving a sub 2:50 another crack. Been about 9 months since my last marathon. It feels bloody annoying to pull out of a 100 mile ultra at mile 84 😅 But, there was tonnes of learning I took from my mishap so very grateful for that. Looking forward to continuing to watch more from you guys in 2024.

    Craig, do you think poles are necessary for London Brighton or no? I’ve never used them b4

      Personally, I wouldn't use them. There's not tonnes of elevation in that ultra, and I think they'd be more hassle to carry around than the benefit they'd give you
