Some great achievements there and im sure you'll roast a Sub 2:50 off the training you're doing. I can't imagine what it must feel like to DNF at 84 miles of an Ultra!
Thanks John & Dawn. Much appreciated. Really looking forward to giving a sub 2:50 another crack. Been about 9 months since my last marathon. It feels bloody annoying to pull out of a 100 mile ultra at mile 84 😅 But, there was tonnes of learning I took from my mishap so very grateful for that. Looking forward to continuing to watch more from you guys in 2024.
Personally, I wouldn't use them. There's not tonnes of elevation in that ultra, and I think they'd be more hassle to carry around than the benefit they'd give you
Some huge goals there mate. This could be one incredible year. All the best with it 💪👍🏻🏃♂️
Thanks Mark, really appreciate that!
Found your channel late in the year, but it's quickly become one of my favourites. Looking forward to seeing how you do in 2024!
Thanks so much for your comment. It's a pleasure to have you here for the ride. Looking forward to 2024 too, let's make it a good one!
You’ve had a great 2023. Here’s to an equally good 2024 👍👍👍
Thanks so much conrad, yes here's to us smashing our goals in 2024! 🙏

Craig, do you think poles are necessary for London Brighton or no? I’ve never used them b4
