I've been running a next gen 308. These new Cat machines are night and day comfort wise from last gen. I also ran a new 306 recently and wow that thing was fast. I had to turn the swing speed down. Nice work!
307 is much much larger. Size comparison wise it’s basically a 10 ton machine, infact I sold my 14 tonner because of it. Its a little unbalanced with the steel-wrist on it although I have no counterweight and have the long dipper. The 307 is basically the 310 body with a 7 ton undercarriage
Roger that... I'm a builder by trade in the BOP... Our core business is building houses but I seem to have found myself getting into a lot more demo/ deconstruction work through K.O... Its all single story housing demo and soil scrap mahi... I just sold my old Cat digger and got a new 317G John Deere skid steer... What a great machine this is... I am just hiring a digger at the moment witch is fine as I want to do a bit more research before I invest in another digger to help with this side of the business as its a lot of $$$. (The pipeline justifies it though.) Nice set up mate. Is there a reason you went with the 307 as opposed to the 306?. I am considering both options at the moment.

You run into any trouble with the exposed cylinders on the steelwrist during demolitions?

Depends on the bin, mine only fits with 10mm to spare each side
I bought an old isuzu flat deck to cart it on easily
No lasers on these yet they’re not far off production from factory though
