I somewhat enjoyed the movie. And when hot toys first showed these figures I was very happy. And now that they are released I will definitely have to get both of them! The head sculpts look amazing! Awesome video!

Not gonna lie, this figure is impressive, I love both head sculpts ( you could add the unused head sculpt to an inspired GI Joe Figure ….great review and keep up the good work

That eyebrow head sculpt is so great lol I totally agree an angry face would've been great however in hot toy's defense I think they saw a golden opportunity to make the popular rock eyebrow meme and they took the shot. Lord knows I would've done the same lmao

Great reviews as always, thanks. There is too many pros and cons on both specialty for deluxe, extra head but we only have one body to expose Rock's head and the diorama isn't very useful.

Maybe you could use that gripping hand with one of the lightning bolts from the base like Zeus he can throw a bolt of lightning. Idk if he did that but that mite look cool.

Hi Justin! I thought the Black Adam Figures looked Absolutely Superb! And on Top of that, each got Fantasic Display Base and Cool Accessories included that I loved. It definitely was worth both picking up. And I thought Both Black Adam Figures, looked 💯% like the Rock and Film Accurate! 🤩🤩🤩👍👍

Justin , i got this dx30.. why are head's different in the actual head part. Inside the original head , it pops right on the stand.. but the other head dont pop on.. it sits on? I dont understand that? Any help plz
Check the clear plastic piece is also coming out of the head. It needs to transfer into the replacement head.

I got the dx31 for a more comic accurate version! I’m glad to see another DC character that isn’t Batman in figure form. I adore Batman but c’mon hot toys there’s plenty of other characters they can make! That said I think they did extremely well with this release, happy with my purchase.

Definitly DX31, looks like a Black Adam, if I never saw the movie (or any movie press at all) and you showed me this figure, I would know it's Black Adam straight away. The other one...looks like The Rock in some kind of Man of Steel 2013 Kryptonian under-armor with a yellow splotch on his chest.

They never made him unfortunately
His lightning actually never turned golden in the movie. I believe this was probably just a nod to the color of his powers in the comics or based of the concept art/promo art!

I actually like the screw driver method for removing the cape. I'm weird 😁. How are the LEDS in your opinion on the Dx 31 vs 30? Do you find the LEDS seem to fit the figure more then the DX 30 or do you feel it doesn't add as much like the DX 30? And yes HT's could of made Hawkman and Dr. Fate at least from the film. Their decision making baffles me. The theory that they only make multiple figs from a successful movie, tv show etc. isn't accurate as you have figs from like the Flash who did poorly. Guess we will never know unless HT's becomes a publicly traded entity maybe or a "snitch" coms out of HT's and spills the beans. Not holding my breathe.

I dont need that massive base with my figures.... just his cape, dont need al that lightning plastic.... man im realy angry, the prices are getting so high, that its impossible to coll anymore in the near future....
