If it only opens at 3am to 8 am then closed until 4 pm to 8 pm, then its utility is not being used by the population as expected. They should consider shutting it down altogether

I have lived in MSA and I can assure you that the floating bridge is very helpful for those who don't want to wait for the ferry. I have used it a few times and I can talk about it's usefulness during the rush hour
