Over 100km of Dead Cow Gully 2023 (PB!)

- Dead Cow Gully is a backyard ultra; so basically you’ve got to run a 6.7km loop every hour until there’s just one person left standing.
In 2021 I did my first DCG, and achieved 12 laps (and made a video about it).
In 2022 I came back and managed 13 laps with minimal training (and made a video about it, sorry grandma).
This year, with a few months of training under my belt, I took it on again with friends and family by my side!
Note! I shot this video on my iPhone and edited it in Adobe Rush app. It’s no masterpiece, but I really enjoyed the quick, smooth process!
Top work going to the effort of filming and editing all this - it's a lot of work! That Jayden guy sounds like a legend haha. Hopefully see you there this year!

I had to subscribe after watching your guitar learning playlist as i have self taught for a year now, i love how u smile and laugh through playing really showing how much fun it is try something new. You seemed a natural at it with hand positions and everything, wandering how the guitar playing is going? Maybe even instead of apps try TH-cam videos like marty music! But besides that, love the work keep it up!

Hi Jude, we were so lucky with the weather. Kilcoy got smashed with hail the afternoon/night before but all we had was a bit of rain and some wind. The running gods were looking down on us with favour 🙏🏻

Loved the video man. Massive props to being able to film the whole thing and get to your objective. Good way to keep a video diary. Wrap up was tops. Feel you on the sleep front. I was cooked. I've never been that sore before trying to sleep 😂 and the bell every hour 🔔🔔🔔 swag going over at the front fence next year 😂 look forward to the next one 💪🏻

@@dan.prosser thanks cuz! That set up cost me days of packing up on tired legs at home, 😂😅 but I think we're even since you being there meant Sally & Dani were there who helped me in those later laps with water & Endura. I might not of made it to 12 without them!
Yeah I hope so. Mentally I'm out there running every morning but my physical reality is in the gym. Having to do a lot of work in the garage to get the race car ready to break down again 🏎️😂
