Just found your channel & your BYU videos in particular 👍👍👍. Well done on the 12 laps. Perfect timing as I'm doing my first back yard ultra here in the UK in 4 weeks. My training was also affected by illness & then injury, so I'm not quite where I wanted to be - but still really looking forward to the event & the format.

Rarely is our training where we want it to be. But I think BYU’s are the perfect event for when that’s the case

Well done getting to 12 laps, had my first official one at Herdy's just last weekend and had grand plans to go to 24, unfortunately 7 was all I could manage which was less than I did in a practice run! Lazerus Lak's saying they are easy until they are not rings true, you feel like everything is going well and nice and strong, but this can flip very quickly.
