More time you spend out there the more tools you’ll have to use.

Why do you break off the tail sometimes and not others?

Captain Chris, what happened to all the black sea bass that were plentiful in the area years ago?? I hardly ever see y'all catching them!!

Pretty sure they are in deeper water

@@SaltyStrikesThanks for your reply. Mike D. believes the red snapper ate them all.
I saw you catch one at the coast guard station one trip so that makes me go hmmmm.
If the red snapper ate them all you wouldn't have caught one at the CGS and same thing with the deeper water theory? Things sure have changed, they used to be everywhere offshore and great eating fish.

Chris at least you call it a fish finder I keep hearing other people calling it a Carolina rig but a Carolina rig is artificial not live bait not chunk bait but artificial bait am I wrong?

Hey brother. If the the game and fish would cut back on the commercial red snapper limits the recreational fisherman would be able to catch more. It's ridiculous here in Texas
    .

Easy to place blame but the solutions rarely make everybody happy. If you limit the catch of commercial fisherman they will complain about not being able to make a living and consumers will complain about the price of snapper. Everybody tends to believe their stake is more important than everyone else’s.

License fees could be raised and we would pay more to catch more red snapper but the commercial fisherman cry and raise hell if they can't bring home 50k lbs of fish a trip. This is a freaking joke.

I agree our representatives are paid off by the commercial fisherman and they keep the limits low to keep the prices high and they keep residential people from being able to catch them By keeping our limits low and it's a frigging crime because they are like Corona's out there you can't hardly catch anything else!!!! For the state to say that they can't raise the limit or extend the season because of population is a bold face lie!!! Get our representatives out of office and try to get someone that's not paid off by the big fishing fleets!! Otherwise it's not going to change!
