As I commented on the "good bye to the E-town store" video, I'm from E-town and spent a lot of time at that location as a kid with my dad and recently getting parts for my tractor. I live in Maryland and Messick's customer service over the phone and in ordering parts has always been fantastic. Looking forward to seeing the new site. R Norris

I'm in Michigan so logistically I purchased from my local dealer (who's also been great), but I've found your content both incredibly useful as well as entertaining and if I ever find myself reasonably close I'll definitely be checking this place out!
Neil nice new store, there was definitely a lot take in n think about but do like idea where let say it was my farm or contracting business that I could do in-house demonstrations n explain servicing, parts to keep machinery/equipment up n running👍with help from your team explaining issues that my tractor has or new products help servicing, I can see this been a win win for everyone.

One thought for your parts department maybe ur already doing it but I know a few of my parts people personally and love texting them part numbers for or non urgent parts I want it just works good be awesome if the parts guys all have there own text line that customers can text in if they feel like it but knowing u guys u already do

Congratulations on your new site but it's not Mount Joy, it's Manhiem. It is ashame though that the 1000's of aches of farm land are taken for industry and town houses/ apartments. But ironic that a farm store is built on farm land. But I suppose it could be worse and be a casino. That being said your a great store and now your closer to me. Congratulations

Currently, everything but our slow moving part numbers have been moved to Mount Joy. What remains should only take about another two business days.
