I was a tradesman my whole life.heavy industry. With the atmosphere you present, and wanting the best working atmosphere for your employees,i bet i would have worked for you my whole life and been content.Good job thinking of your employees.
That is mighty impressive. Just having space in side to park your service truck next to what you're working on is a major bonus not having to have 2 sets of tools.
I dont think i could be more impressed honestly with your setup. if i could convince my wife and son to move out your way, i would apply for a service position there. truly amazing what you family has built!
Absolutely beautiful, Neil! I remember when you and Nick were kind enough to give me a tour, it was jaw-dropping! I would think that due to your great company culture in addition to a stellar facility, any technician would be fighting to get in to work with you guys! 👍
Being a service tech myself, your new shop is so well thought out, especially for the techs. A huge committment to your staff & your customers!. Congrats to the entire Messick's team!!.. Very impressive..
Well done that has to be one of the best setup shops I've seen in a long time. I really like the fact that you guys still have the books because at least in my area you don't always have access to a computer or internet out in the field so to have those books instead of throwing them away is gold
A shop this well thought out and tech oriented had to have input from the techs themselves. Whole place is well thought out. It’s nice to see a company who isn’t scared to spend money to make money.
Man I would give anything to have a dealer as big and as good as yours in my area you have to be one of the biggest and best dealer in the USA and your new bldg. is AWESOME
If I was a shop guy i couldn’t imagine a better place to work looks like dang near everything was thought of.. and from a major heavy equipment manufacturer not dealer side I commend you all for buying the “special” tools for your techs that are needed for equipment not everywhere does this … you think being a tech for a manufacturer would mean all the necessary specialty tools would be provided but that’s not the case … great shop guys
Thanks for the tour, Neil. Your content on this video included some areas that a typical customer or visitor might not normally see. It definitely shows some planning and thought were given before the transition. Nice.
Biggest, nicest service dept I've ever seem. Thanks for the tour! Much continued success in your business. You guys are my goto when ordering my Kubota parts and fluids.
Stop by about a month ago and one of your service guys gave myself and my father a tour of the facility. The video just no justice. The building is huge and very well thought out.
Thank you so much for showing your wonderful new shop building. The space for service truck next to repair person. Brilliant idea, but simple pre design think though, in before building. YES the paper books are a must. Getting the grease hands on your laptop or a piece of paper. A no brainier, on cost replacement of paper. Plus like you said, the Tech can look at paper easy, than a tiny laptop screen. You are so smart doing this as a salesman, show and tell.
The scale, organization, efficiency, and thought placed on this facility is super cool. Thank you for sharing. I love experiencing how companies operate.
Amazing! wonderful and well thought out! also, most companies dont realize the importance of there workers, it is anot always about $$ that makes employees happy or keeps them there but about the environment and you clearly have the correct outlook for your employees.
Thanks for the interest in helping to serve your customers. I love your parts department and the staff is excellent in helping me get what I need in a timely matter.
Nice looking shop. Nothing wrong with to much space Today never know what happens tomorrow. I was a service manager at John Deer and Kubota. Would have been nice to have a shop that size to grow. Great videos keep up the nice work.
I dont want to even guess what the overall investment was to build possibly the biggest agriculture dealer and support operation in the nation. Well done Neil and the rest of your family.
Nice 👍👍 no electric overhead crane? Curious of the reasons why? in my area that’s starting to be pretty standard now days farm shops are getting them and all dealers won’t build new with out one
Beautiful shop. Having 12 acres to keep mowed. I picked up an old Woods RM990. It replaced a 72" mi mount deck on My NH tc33D. I found not letting the grass grow to long.3 times a year aeemed to work good.
I am surprised that at a new shop that you have your mechanics using manual chain hoist, if price is a problem go to Harbor Freight and buy a electric unit.
I was a tradesman my whole life.heavy industry. With the atmosphere you present, and wanting the best working atmosphere for your employees,i bet i would have worked for you my whole life and been content.Good job thinking of your employees.
Setting the industry standard, congrats on your new location.

That is certainly a impressive layout. It speaks volumes of your business and care for your employees and customers

Great job Messicks, Someone did alot of thinking when this was designed.
Well done that has to be one of the best setup shops I've seen in a long time.

That's why you're the best (very best) Neil.
Thank you!
That is one impressive facility! 20 + year tech here, I've never seen anything close to that around southern Indiana.
💥 That new shop is incredible and well thought out. I would love a tour someday!
*Keep on tractoring!* 😁👍
I got the tour you should check it out if you can it really was very impressive.
Ya gotta come help me with Christmas John.
I love the service book library that’s priceless

having been there myself...that place is massive!! It's so awesome!! Thanks for another great vid Neil! Hope to make it up there again soon!!
I'm glad I got to see it in person it was really awesome.
This is amazing how you guys have it so laid out. I want to have my small 900sqft double bay door shop as clean and organized as this!
That shop is incredible.
Biggest, nicest service dept I've ever seem. Thanks for the tour!
Much continued success in your business. You guys are my goto when ordering my Kubota parts and fluids.
Great video Neil!

Awesome facility that focuses not just on the customer but those doing the hands on work. Very admirable!
Stop by about a month ago and one of your service guys gave myself and my father a tour of the facility. The video just no justice.

Excellent workshop. I’d work there in a shot.

Congrats on the new massive building! Thanks for giving us a walk around of the facility.
I work at a heavy duty diesel shop. The fact you have your own work order software is amazing. Anything off the shelf is very lacking
Beautiful shop, thanks for the tour Neil 👍🏻
That’s one nice shop something you guys can be Proud of for years to come.
My favorite part is the service library. Very clean. Might not stay that way lol.
CLEAN! Could eat off of the floor!! LOVE IT!!!
Thanks for the interest in helping to serve your customers. I love your parts department and the staff is excellent in helping me get what I need in a timely matter.
Beautiful efficiency!
Truly a amazing shop. You look like you really car about your customers and technicians. I would love to work at a place like that.
Nice looking shop. Nothing wrong with to much space Today never know what happens tomorrow. I was a service manager at John Deer and Kubota. Would have been nice to have a shop that size to grow. Great videos keep up the nice work.
Nice Shop Neil thanks for the walk through
Thanks Neil for the tour of the shop! Very impressive shop area that you created this time.
Hi Neil, review/demo request for that new 3 point / PTO K hitch. That thing looks slick!
I wanted to do that, they won't send me one.
That is an incredible shop. Thanks for the tour!
i’m envious…that is a hell of a facility.
That is an investment! Good job Messick's
Very impressive shop amd great video
Now-a-days $100,000 just about pays for the truck and body. Good to see the expansion for the customer.
Nice!coffee is important!
Hi Neil Very impressive work shop good to see Thanks again
Great job Neil.
Badass! I’m from South Jersey, But if i need Warranty work done on my Kubota, I’m taking the ride out there!
Very impressive! Well thought out.
Very clean layout. Good job.
WOW! SUPERB!
Love it! Some day maybe I’ll make it back up there from here in Texas
Shoot compadre…. My wife and I would love to visit this place too. We live in east Texas ( near Tyler). We should form a caravan to go there. Lol
@@rgd2598 that’s cool. Only been there once on two wheels all the way from west of Fort Worth. Tool two long days!
Awesome facility!
I wish we had a tractor dealership up here in NH that was as well done as yours!
A new huge awesome shop, but why still go with chain hoists over some better cranes?
Very impressive ! 👍
Awesome 👌! Thanks for the tour 😀 😊 👍
I dont want to even guess what the overall investment was to build possibly the biggest agriculture dealer and support operation in the nation. Well done Neil and the rest of your family.
impressive!
That library is a dream of mine. As well as the service truck parking spot. Do you want to give us relocation expenses?
Wouldn't rule it out.
Cool
Nice 👍👍 no electric overhead crane? Curious of the reasons why? in my area that’s starting to be pretty standard now days farm shops are getting them and all dealers won’t build new with out one
Didn't see solar panels on your roof....was that a consideration during the build process?
There are some accommodations for it, but we've got enough going on and did not want the upfront cost.

Hey Neil, absolutely amazing shop . Are you hiring mechanics? / technicians ?

Next give a tour with a camera on an RC truck.
I think I passed this yesterday

60,000 sqft, or to use a more familiar unit for tractor buyers, 1 3/8th acre.
Wish our boss would understand about the workers and not about the money into his pocket,
Very impressive Neil
Thanks for the tour ! 👍🏻
