Very rare for a company and a manufacturer to care about a bike owner. What i like about you was you didnt go about screaming and slagging off the dealer. I like you honest way you went about your problem
Corporate reached out to you ? Awesome . I had a new CVO a few years ago and the bike had a bad wobble. I took the bike back to where I purchased it several times and when they couldn’t fix it I went to another. No dealer would replace the tires and that was most likely the issue . I called Harley corporate, told them between 65 and 75 the bike wobbles, and the dealers can’t fix the issue . they told me not to go that fast 😮the speed limit in Florida is 70 .
It is great to hear that the dealership took note including improvements. Especially in today’s climate a company that is receptive to comments and willing to make adjustments in their practises and services is refreshing.
To the revmax Nightster owners, if you have caution and engine lights coming and going , look at the seat end of your air box . There is a connector there and the wires may rub and short out on the metal air box. It happened to me. The dealer found and repaired the wiring. it's been good for over 1000 kms now. It used to throw a code every ride. Hope this helps someone out there.
Sounds like they did a great job trying to fix a bad situation. It's great that our community can help push the needle when needed. Good luck with the rest of your build. I have a lot of work to do still on mine.

I think the carbon fiber fender is a poor choice. I think they make the bikes look cheap, and taking weight off the front end, although somewhat miniscule in this instance, will contribute to speed wobble. Smart engineers at Honda (Wing) and BMW (K1600) reinvented the front suspension in order to move the engine forward. If that's a speed triple in your intro, you should have kept that, and you wouldn't have any problems 😂
I loved that bike but it no longer fit my needs. It was reliable though.😂
It is the owners fault. I bet he is NOT there and hands-on 30~40 hours per week.
You cut your hair lol
I cut my hair!! RIP 🪦
It's not the Harley Davidson "community". It's the community of TH-camrs and social networking queens. The Harley dealers don't give a crap at all about the Harley "community". That's a fact that has existed since before you were born. Your notions of what they pay attention to are so superficial that it only reveals your limited perspective. The Idiocracy is real, it is upon us. Dunning Kruger is real.
"The 3rd Rail" was Washington State first motorcycle club, clubhouse / private Harley workshop...president played the acoustic base fiddle...that's back a ways...dealers have changed with changes of ownership / Harley Davidson.
5 minutes in.. yet no reference as to Wtf was the original DEAL. I’m Out🥺
@@WilliamCrothers-e9q you watched 5 minutes but didn’t pay attention. At 1 minute in I said if you have not seen the previous video on the subject, watch it first, it will make this one make sense. And I linked it in the upper right of the screen AND in the description of this video. People who follow the channel don’t want me to waste minutes talking about stuff they’ve already heard. Can’t please everyone
Sell it. What kind of haircut is that. Sounds like your going to get free stuff from Harley, like all youtubers
You seem upset
@@OffWeekGarage not at all, feel bad for you with all the problems with the bike. The haircut, well, well, nevermind, you must like it.
The POWER OF SOCIAL MEDIA THAT'S THE ONLY REASON BECAUSE HD WILL RUN PPL OVER
More than half way through this vid.....have no way wtf you're talking about....just saying...
@@08StreetGlide must have missed part 1, which is linked in the first 2 minutes of the video.
Sounds like you should’ve made this video awhile ago.
