Coach Harbaugh is sincere, thats why players buy in. Staley was phony and players can sence that.
I think what Jim offers is that high school nostalgia… the way the offseason program works, the physical identity, the pictures even look like he’s in the middle of teaching something.. he’s a wonderful coach no doubt but again who tf is Herbert got? You can’t run the ball that much and win. Justin Herbert isn’t lamer Jackson and the threats outside are non existent. We shall see

Seems to me Harbaugh got a wack at his Culture with the 49ers ? I wonder if shouldn’t have stayed in Michigan ( pulling a Saban) ? 🤔
Are you trying to say that his stint with the 9ers wasn’t good? lol he took the 9ers job in 2011 and in his first season which was supposed to be a rebuild year they went 13-3 and lost in the NFC Championship Game to the eventual SB champions. They hadn’t been to the playoffs in 10 years until he arrived. In 2012 they went 11-4, back to back nfc west champs and took the team to the Super Bowl where he lost against his brothers ravens. In 2013 they went 12-4 and made their 3rd consecutive nfc championship game losing to Seattle who would go on to win the SB. 2014 was the only “bad” year at 8-8 but was hardly the fault of his coaching. He was basically fired due to the morons running their front office having a power struggle. They went 5-11 the first season without Harbaugh and fired their next coach after one season. They didn’t make it to the playoffs again until 2019. I’d say if his 49ers coaching stint was bad then I’d say he’d still be the best coach the chargers have seen in over a decade+ because I can’t recall the chargers making it to 3 afc championship games in a row + a SB lol 😊

Harbaugh wouldn't even say that, and DJ keep it 100, Ekeler was AWFUL last yr and he publicly said "Herbert and Johnson need to play better" After Herbert played a great game vs GB!,and Johnson had a rough game vs GB" He wanted more $$ , fell off and then goes public at a struggling rookie, which he once was" 6 months prior he was saying great things about the Chargers then Herbert gets paid and then he starts trashing guys , after he dropped 3 passes, fumbled at the GB 22nd couldn't even put the right cleats on lol
The receivers that will make the Chargers roster are 0.016% of the all college football players. And 2 of those receivers were selected by the 34 th pick of their respective draft! Why ask in a negative context; What players are going to catch the football for the Chargers? The receivers are very capable of catching the football.
