That hatch on my Airstream is GREAT! I am not a slide out fan at all. The hatch just opens the trailer up just enough. So I agree for sure. Thanks for sharing and take care.
Quick question - I can't find anything documented that states the table should be stowed while traveling with the hatch option - could you point me towards a source for that and an explanation of why it can't be left in place? Thanks!
So what did you think of Hatch feature ? Is it really worth the price ? I guess if you need one it is. I wanted a Hatch for my Hobie Kayaks, they are rather large so I ended up buying a Yakima truck rack with 78” bars. Think this will work out better, taking everything to Adirondack’s next year 2024. Bikes will go in bed underneath kayaks.
We did enjoy having the hatch. It's great when you get to a campsite with a view in the back. But there were many times when we didn't have a view that merited opening the hatch.
@@LovingLifeHitchedUp When I visited Colonial Airstream in August they had a 25FBT Hatch in the showroom. Only thing I didn’t like is how wobbly the table was because only on legs.
Wow, that is a lot of storage. Very nice upgrade, I love it!
More than enough room for two people. The hatch was the best feature.
At 9'7" height it will fit in my garage. Hmmm.... I may need to rethink the Airstream ownership thing. Nice review.
They're classics. Thank you so much for your support.

We loved having that hatch this summer.
New RV smell, sweet. Great rig for you guys.
Thank you so much.
That's some bus!
The hatch is blummin brilliant 👍👍👍
We loved having the hatch this past summer.
Your Airstream is just beautiful. Love the interior design. We’ve always thought the hatch is the best feature. ❤
We loved the hatch. It's such a fun option.
It is nice they squared out that sink area. We had the rounded version in our 2020 25 Footer. It looks like you have much more room in yours.
The room is definitely there and usable! Super convenient and makes for good storage. Thank you for your support! TJ
We have a 2020 Flying Cloud 27 w/hatch We use it all the time and look for sites that have a view out the back.
The hatch definitely makes you choose a campsite more carefully.
That's a sweet home on wheels, can you believe burners take nice stuff like that out to the black rock desert playa.😮
Thank you so much. We loved having a hatch. I can't imagine taking our Airstream anywhere off road.

Nice upgrade
Thank you
That 25 Hatch is sitting at Colonial Airstream right now for sale.
Yes she is. She's a beauty but bigger than what we needed. We're back in a 23 foot.
Would you consider a video on going back to the 23fb? We went for the 20-foot Airstream, and now we're going to the 23fb. Great videos!
@@LovingLifeHitchedUpwas it tow vehicle related?
Beautiful! What TV do you have for it?
The 23 FBQ 25 ft was towed with an F250 as our previous TV was short on payload capacity.

It is most noticed when you are cutting your dinner while eating, but if you have a view you hardly notice.
