Trust, those chords are getting all kinds of fucked up from her poor technique...voice cracks happen when the voice is trying to find a freer place. It’s trying to pop into that good placement, which is why a crack does sound similar to a pop of the vocal chords.
Robin Groot cracking is never a good sign. Her technique is atrocious, which is why she only gets a C when it comes to technique. This is a rating by professionals. Maybe you’ll learn a few things :)

I learned to crack my voice..listening to sia.. It seemed like an impossible feat but now it comes without strain.. Just pull ur breath in while belting out. That's the secret
Neal Dcunha Wait how do you pull in while belting at the same time? I usually do the technic similar to yodeling. The closest to Sia’s voice crack I got is when singing the “tears as they dry” part but that wasn’t as intentional

But all you gotta do is make your neck feel tighter, your epiglottis closes and draw in a small gasp. You'll hear a crack. I trained for like 3-4 months. Continuously.. At a point, my throat got swollen and after that I could do it with ease.

Neal Dcunha Wait how do you pull in while belting at the same time? I usually do the technic similar to yodeling. The closest to Sia’s voice crack I got is when singing the “tears as they dry” part but that wasn’t as intentional
@@RayPossibleGT its like this... During alive,... Im alive..... So you exhale while saying alive.. But all you gotta do is make your neck feel tighter, your epiglottis closes and draw in a small gasp. You'll hear a crack. I trained for like 3-4 months. Continuously.. At a point, my throat got swollen and after that I could do it with ease.
@@RayPossibleGT instead of doing it my way, you can try a push instead of pulling air in.... A short and high falsetto also resembles a crack. So you can try that.
