Took it out for a nice ride today. The bike rides great but that controller sucks. The PAS ratios are whack! At level four it runs about 19mph and then when you go to five it's a full 28-30mph! That's way to big of a jump for a 5-level PAS system. Oh and I hate the fact that the throttle is limited to whateverax speed the PAS level is on. In other words, IF you want to excellerate around someone you need to bump up the PAS level to do it. I hate that and I hate the fact that the PAS only works 1-5 (you can set 1-9 but that works worse!). I should have known better when just about all the reviews I saw were sponsored of by persons with little electric bike experience and nothing to compared it to. Add to that I imagine a few are embarrassed to admit they don't like it. Oh well, it works. Just not liked I would have hope it would. FYI- a ton of complaints on their website and zero responses. That's not good.
Mine came in and on the first hundred yard run the rear brake disc fell off the job. So I found three of the screws on the driveway which means they fell out on take off. So I checked and sure enough the holes in the hub are stripped. If you make the same mistake I did and you buy one you need to spend a few hours rebuilding what Jasion couldn't build. right correctly c 5:30 correctly.

Oh, and there have been a few times when the motor kicked in on its own without any throttle or peddling action on my part! Just coasting along and BAM! Bike nearly launched me off! That only happened a few times on the same ride and thankfully all my rides since have been issue free.
Wait till you use it for a while. I bought 2. One broke down after 5 hours. E motor failure. There is no service, no parts in the US. Only distribution. Nobody reacts to your emails. If you call them you find out there a few guys in a warehouse close LA. I waited for hours and hours to get someone on the phone. Finally after 2 day they picked up. They cannot do anything. The technical service will not answer phone calls. I got an email from Irene (looking the the spelling she is in China) I sent videos, answered questions, after that……. Nothing! Don’t buy Jasion bikes, you get screwed!
Sorry to hear about the issues and I am hoping I dont have the same ones. I knew going in ivwas taking a chance on a "bargain" brand and likely we always end up getting what we pay for. Time will tell for my purchase. I am already thinking about changing the controller and maybe even upgrading the motor. The one good thing us most of the cost of these bikes are tied up in the battery and frame. With a little research and skill we can always upgrade the rest of the stuff. NOT that I wanted to buy a project, but it could be fun to play with. Oh well, maybe a lesson learned for all of us that bought into all those paid/sponsored TH-cam reviews.
@@UncleFat yeah, thanks. I fixed the motor MYSELF, Jasion is still none existing. Nothing, nada. No help no response at all! And I faced another issue now. It stopped working again. If you open up the folding hinge, on one side is the battery, at the other side there is a cover plate. This is holding the control box. It’s just dumped in there. One cable connector unplugged. These are the cheapest connectors I have ever seen. They don’t hold and get loose. Fixed with electric tape. I only have one advice, stay away from Jasion and buy something better.
Man you got me more nervous about my choice of bikes! I sold a perfectly good Ariel Rider X-52 to buy two Jasion's for me and my wife. I definitely have my fingers crossed.

These aholes don’t belong on the market here. As long as your bike works fine (and that can be a long time) just enjoy it! (My advice)

The front axel shaft has 2 springs that holds on the front tire. I’m pretty sure you put 1 spring on each side.
