    Thank you so much for this video. I specifically came here to watch this because I needed to get the actual measurement for the height before the lintel. I want the house to be high. Now I know it’s 2.1 metres. Thanks

    Very clean work . Wish i would find a constructor like you to hand over my building project in my country. I'm a Gambia by the way. One question i want to ask. For building a standard 4bedroom bungalow, which type of block would u advise to be used, 5 inches or 6 inches hallow blocks?Thank you, waiting for your answer.

    Please if l may asked can you go to another state in Nigeria to build or you only build around your state? My second question is that can you give me to plan of that house and how much do you want cos l really love how the structure is especially the Master bedroom

      I would love to but at present I only operate from my base. Possibly in future I will consider work in other states in Nigeria.
      For the building plan, please send me an email at: emmanuel.e.ejike@gmail.com

    I thought a lintel, a lintel is a beam placed across the top of an opening in a wall. Used above empty spaces like entrances and windows in building......

    Hello, please can I make use of a 12mm rods for a beam of a rooftop bar ?

    • @Emmanuel_Ejike
      @Emmanuel_Ejike  ปีที่แล้ว

      Absolutely. 4no. 12mm reinforcement tied with 8mm links @250mm centres should suffice. Nevertheless, you should follow the specifications on your structural drawing issued by a certified structural engineer. This is because every structure is unique

    Hello bro, can this building fit comfortable on a 100ft x 50ft

    • @Emmanuel_Ejike
      @Emmanuel_Ejike  ปีที่แล้ว

      its won't. The building alone is about 70ft x 50ft. You will have to reduce the master's bedroom for it to fit properly into a 100x50. Our plot size was about 90ftx90ft
