How to replace corroded Awning Window crank

From a corroded and frozen awning window crank to a brand new working one. How I did it and saved myself some moolah.
Materials: Prime line 5 1/4 inch Gray Aluminum Steel Awning Window Operator
You can buy this from home improvement store
Philips screw driver
Electric drill if your screw is stuck
Lubricant
