  • Upgrading to LED Bulbs on a 1966 Mustang! Cheaper then you think! - This week I finally get to upgrade the headlights, park lamps, and brake lights on Rita the 66 Mustang. The flasher normally hangs in a spring clip on the back of the vent housing.
Nice before and after video. I like the beam shape of those lights.

Yes! I am not a fan of being able to see the individual LED shining through on the tail lights, thank you for sharing this option.

Link is broken for some reason. I'm not sure why, but this is the pair I used. Hopefully, the link works again.

Could you have used the factory harness for the new headlights?

I could have used the factory harness as far as the connectors are concerned. However, I was worried about the draw on the original harness. Because of that, I added the relays and new harness. I separately added the anti-flicker modules just in case.

Can i install just the led front and rear flasher bulb without buying the rest?

Bulbs and the led flasher replacement under the dash. That takes care of your blinkers and taillights. Everything else in the video was for the headlights.
