Just picked up one of these the other day. Very solid machines even 30 years later. They make for excellent workhorses. Regarding your bike bumping out of gear, mine does the same thing, all i had to do was make a small adjustment to the reverse shifter linkage and the issue has gone away.
@@FullsendOffroad My first bike was just a little Chinese Gio quad, when I was just young I thought it was the most amazing machine ever, fast forward to now & I've owned/ridden a ton of different bikes, I'll always prefer the smaller utility quads. You can thrash & throw 'em around all you want, they'll take it.
@@canadiantrailatv yeah I own a '88 Moto4 350 and it's my favorite. Rides like a rock. My KingQuad 700 and Grizzly 700 aren't the same. My KingQuad is great at drifting and speeding on dirt. Grizzly is great at beating through rocky roads and bumps. But that Moto4 feels like something else. It fell off a trailer and took nearly no damage. Broken headlight plastic and broken grille. The bulb still works.
@@FullsendOffroad I was looking into an '86 Moto4 at the same time as the Timberwolf, I love those old Moto4's but I ended up going with the Timberwolf as it was in nicer shape & I got a better deal on it.
@@canadiantrailatv yeah bikes can get expensive. Nothing better than something you get for cheap and can fix and rides awesome. Yamaha doesn't make solid axles anymore.
They don't make them the same anymore!!
First one, the one that made you fall in love!!!
Yep

Sweet! This one isn't mine but my dad's friends. It's what got me into quads.
