Ingredients:
Recipe
grind 100 g(~1 cup) oat flakes
50 g(~1/2 cup) oat flakes
1 banana and 1 pear/or 1 apple
4 tablespoon cocoa/ or carob powder
2 tbsp melted butter/ coconut oil
40 g(1/3 cup) of your favorite nuts
bake 25-30 minutes at 180°C/360°F
