You mean they’re leaving because of the guitar players technical abilities? Or they’re leaving because of the long term damage a capo does to the guitar?
The most annoying part is that I can’t memorize and remember every song I learn. I can keep about a dozen in my head at a time. If I learn a new song, an old one leaves me without ever saying goodbye 😆.
Practice until they become muscle memory and then you don't even have to think about what to play. Muscle memory is key. How do you think rockstars play when they're baked? Muscle memory my friend.
I usually keep song names written somewhere to remind me I can play them. I don't play guitar but I play trumpet and usually I forget what I can play, but all I need is the name and muscle memory kicks in lol.
I'm a classical guitarist and what I find the most annoying is intonation, the more you grow and mature musically you realize that guitars are way out of tune, E major piece sounds good but as soon as you start playing some A major piece, your major 3rd sounds off and in C major your 5th sounds off 😂 so you have to adjust it every god dam time
I've heard it good to learn/ memorize 3 songs you already like and know the words to. If I also want to sing it, learn it in a key that works well for me voice. I'm just learning too. I can't wait til I've better guitar playing muscle memory. Good luck! You've got this! :)😊
I could relate so hard to that capo joke. Most people only knows the standard E tuning (EADGBE), a few people might add drop tuning into the list but that's it. Some can't even comprehend the existence of any other tunings, not even the transposed tunings via the capo. They would still think it's the same standard E. Unless they're more knowledgeable than me when it comes to music theories (especially regarding notes and tunings), most of my friends and acquaintances always went _"why"_ everytime they learned that my 3 out of my 5 guitars (two acoustics, two 6-string electrics, and one 7-string electric) and one of my two electric basses (one 4-string, one 5-string) are tuned in *whole step down* tuning (DGCFAD & DGCF). It's hilarious and infuriating at the same time sometimes when they thought it's just a drop D tuning.
For anyone that wants to *dabble*, try putting your capo on the 2nd fret for just EADG, then play G chords, which gives you the key of A. It's an easy major 2 or major 9 sound. I call this "The Dabbler." Happy dabbling.
Let’s talk about the nails cause ive been playing for like 3 years now and I swear my nails did not grow this fast before 😂😂 i am annoyed with how often I’m having to clip them
sometimes I find it weird because I exercise in front of big mirror. It just helps me to know where I need to put my fingers on the right fretboard. Am I the only one doing this??
Id probably say the most annoying part of the guitar is figuring out the names for the stuff to learn. I think i was looking for scales and found like "diminished arpegios" idk what that is gang just say normal words please.... now i did figure pretty much everything out but it took a while
Nah, honestly the string sound quality when the capo is on the first fret triggers me the most, i have a very cheap capo, so it doesn't press the strings hard enough
Nah it’s definitely the b string Nothing is more frustrating that playing an A fully in tune and then having the b string fully out of wack when playing an E
i never found the strings painful on the fingers myself. then again maybe my fingers were already just destroyed, i started learning the guitar after spending 7 years on the cello and 4 on the upright bass... frets felt like cheating at first 😂
The most annoying thing about guitars is when your life gets so busy that you dont have time to practices, and when you do its days, weeks, months, even years since you played and your fingers get all stiffs and you need a day or two just to loosen back up.. yeah pretty annoying
In my expierience its that stupid high e snapping all the time. Im only a beginner. If anyone has a knack for how to string it so its not a pain please let me know
Use a pick that's light; it's way easier to play with for a beginner, preferably .46mm - .50mm. I use a .50mm. Then slowly adjust your way to strumming with your fingers and fingerpicking. Always make sure the guitar is in tune so that the E string is not too tight. Hope this helps.
For me, the most annoying part in my brief stint of trying to learn was the texture of guitar strings. Rubbing along them makes my skin crawl everytime. When you did it in this video i almost threw my phone idk why im like this
Nope the most annoying thing is learning how to play & becoming pretty perficient even playing in a band & then being diagnosed with a brain tumor & loosing the love that had for playing the guitar!!!😢
I have a very nice Simon&Patrick acoustic six string. It’s the best sounding guitar and easiest playing than any other guitar I’ve played. It’s got a buzz when I play in the first few frets. So sad. I’m lost. I should add that I adjusted the truss rod and to make the buzz go away, also makes the frets too high. Lost I say!!
The most annoying thing is dropping your pick in the guitar😭
This is why I play electric😂
I always throw picks like Gambit into my friends acoustic guitar hole while they’re playing lol 😅
@@gustavopeace you are a MENACE😭😭 (jkjk but srsly i feel bad 4 ur friend)
Solution: play electric
Yes
People aren't leaving because of the capo...they're leaving because of the guitar
Why would people leave. Every time I pull mine out people are asking me if I can play a certain song
@@hookedbythebarb7921 That's probably because they have hope that you have the ability to learn it. LOL!! JK
Nailed it.

Fuck. I prepped for Wonderwall and you broke my ankles, had to watch again.

Maybe you need to play them more. I know more than 140 songs on guitar, by memory, and I've played lots of times every song
I usually keep song names written somewhere to remind me I can play them. I don't play guitar but I play trumpet and usually I forget what I can play, but all I need is the name and muscle memory kicks in lol.
I got fucking obliterated and doom scolded by dem band members and dem professionals who came outta nowhere to control the band
Dementia
Bro just nailed every guitarists problem and all my problems I have everyday omg
The most annoying thing is that all the roads that lead you there are winding.
And all the lights that led you there were blinding.
And there are many things that I want to say to you, but I don't know howwww
Cause maybeeeeeee, you gonna be the one that save meeeeeeeeee
And after all, you're my WONDERWALL!!!
Back beat..
He’s brave to drop that pick expecting to find it and it not to go straight to the void
in my opinion....most annoying time is when strings sound buzzy because of damaged frets😭
"Damaged frets"
@@Bozogumpsband names random threads 😂
Or maybe just press down a lil harder and move your finger slightly higher
ive been hurt by capo on the second fret one too many times. im just not ready for it there
It's been 6 months thankfully im not the only one who tilts his guitar to see the strings while playing to make sure I'm pressing the right strings.
Backstreet Boys chords sounded great! Used to sing that for fun in karaoke. Everybody loved it.
Good video and all true! Laughed at loud !
It did sound great! Such an amazing song that brought good times 👍
And I swiped away 😂
Thank you. I needed that laugh
Off topic but what he played when he said "no one knows how long it takes tomake this sound good" reminded me of Count Me Out (Kendrick)
I've been procrastinating for hours. This is the jumpstart I needed to go practice guitar.
The most annoying is having sweaty palms😭

You should ask a guitar player to play wonderwall

I always thought that the nail thing was just me lol. It’s a huge relief to know that it’s all guitarists.
That looks like such a comfortable fretboard
he's never seeing that pick again
Don't worry mate, I wouldn't leave... I might even just go sit behind my drum set and play with you 😂
The pick one is so real. I play bass and use pick but I always lose them
Let’s talk about the nails cause ive been playing for like 3 years now and I swear my nails did not grow this fast before 😂😂 i am annoyed with how often I’m having to clip them
SAME 😂😂😂
You can't buy experience...time time is the key😊
I just enjoy all 12 of them. They all do different things especially the 12 string.
For me it's keeping my pinky nail clipped. If it has the slightest white grown in it will instantly kill any string i put it on.
As someone who plays electric guitar, the worst part is when you drop your pick(you'll never see it again)
The first one grinds my gears
I haven't had a guitar for over a year. I just had a dream last night that I kept accidentally muting stings like the first thing he shows.
sometimes I find it weird because I exercise in front of big mirror. It just helps me to know where I need to put my fingers on the right fretboard. Am I the only one doing this??
I want it that way is such a banger
Ngl as soon as he clipped the capo at 2 I ligitmately scrolled involuntarily... Had to come back to comment after I realised it 😂

Oh my God you scared me for a second
Tried to play Paint it Black for a fellow musician gal. 2nd fret capo goes on, she almost walked out 😂 so true
The most annoying thing for me is muting strings while trying to play chords. It’s really discouraging
Most annoying part is the finger screeches transitioning between barre chords
Dude I thought he'd play Wonderwall 😂
George Harrison used a capo in Here Comes The Sun. I don't know anyone who'd not want to stay and hear it. 😉
That's exactly what I thought! I definitely did NOT think he was gonna play Wonderwall
Could be playing Windowpane by Opeth!
Preach brother!
You are, my 🔥, the one, desire believe when I say
yeah, just play for youself as therapy. It clears the mind. I do that. I am not talented like that.
You not talented because you don't practice enough
You nailed it brother!!! lol!
Capo on second fret is really popular for regional Mexican music so I was really confused for the longest time about why it was even a joke
Wonderwall
@@arthursoares5413 i know now but before I had no clue

I have mine tuned to half step down. So capo on 2 is a huge direct. Its on 3 then no one knows.
Its sad that if you cant instantly play something godly everyone thinks the guitar is pretentious.
The most annoying part is buying a lot of pick and can’t even find one😭😭
my 2nd fret capo song of choice is Be Yourself - Audioslave
When you want tabs but they cost money
The finger nail thing is actually real, your fingernails will grow faster on a hand that's used more often
The capo... I shook my head...
Yoooo!
This is sooo relatable
Relatable ❤
My guitar teacher taught me the advanced shit which felt hella easy then taught me the easy shit that felt hella hard
I'm a filthy casual on guitar and I identified with all of these, lol.
I'd say the most annoying part is when you hit the whammy bar and it makes the twang noise but nothing actually happens
One of my favorite songs with the Capo on the 2nd fret to play is hell or high water by Bailey Zimmerman
This is true "I'm going to play how to dissappear completely I swear!"
Radiohead? :)
@@steveswell1 radiohead :)
The most annoying part is that every other acoustic guitar player on the internet thinks that creating rhythm by slapping the 6th string sounds fancy.
Illustrates the struggles encountered when learning pretty much any instrument out there 😂
Nah it’s definitely the b string
Nothing is more frustrating that playing an A fully in tune and then having the b string fully out of wack when playing an E
Tune the low E to the high E, then tune the B to that. :)
I almost always use the 2bd fret capo, because my guitar is tuned down a step bruh
The most annoying part is when you have a floating bridge and you have to replace ur strings….

The most annoying part is people cover the BSBoys :D
We have the same capo😊
I swear everytime someone sees me putting the capo on the 2nd fret they give me that mom look
Like bro how do you know I'ma play wounderwall or not
i think the most annoying part has got to be doing bar chords with small hands 😭😭 its a struggle
Please explain
Guessing you don't play guitar. The most OVERPLAYED song in all existence uses the capo of the 2nd fret, Wonderwall
Wonderwall please
You also need to practice for consistency.

Most annoying thing is your singer clamps on a capo without tuning afterwards
the MOST annoying thing is that you suddenly lose interest on playing the guitar
The most annoying part of bass is the people who think it's a guitar and ask you to play Free Bird.
i never found the strings painful on the fingers myself. then again maybe my fingers were already just destroyed, i started learning the guitar after spending 7 years on the cello and 4 on the upright bass... frets felt like cheating at first 😂
Well-worn fingers eh :)
I seasoned my fingertips on nylon strings before switching to a steel-stringed guitar.
For me is definitely accidentally muting a string when fretting

the most annoying thing is to throw away all the basic tab and learn a piece with sheet music.
