I just got hired to amazon and the experience is already bad. I was given my start date but still waiting on the background check. It came back a little too late, I guess. They sent, me a letter stating, I passed the background check however; the shift, I choose has been taken. Mind blown, I received a whole schedule only to have it taken. I saw the locker associate read the details and said NOPE! I live in New York people out here done lost their minds. Just place, me at a warehouse were, I don't have to deal with people.
this happened to me, I applied for a warehouse fulfillment position (but needed a flex shift) got hired did all the things then they said that position was no longer available because my background wasnt completed, then I saw a flex schedule at a locker + location, so I decided to take that position, then I received a call from amazon that my background was completed and that there was a flex schedule avail at the warehouse, so I withdrew from my locker position that I applied for because I was able to get the warehouse position, THEN I get a text a few days later that the position was canceled, after I withdrew from the locker plus position. Then the locker plus position opened back up again so I took it again.

I am watching this now I worked at a wearhouse for 6 months but had to leave cause i needed to be able to take the T to work I've been on a counter now for almost 3 months and I am in the process of already becoming a lead of a location so hopefully it works out It's crap money. It's hard to find a shift, but it is the world's easiest job
applied for locker+ just right now & going to the pre-hire on tuesday. the things you just said ive experienced similar issues in other jobs as well (except for customer attitudes i mainly worked bts). this is the first time i will be talking face to face with customers & i have anxiety & im very shy lol. hopefully i have a good experience 🙏🏼
That’s not true about shift grabbing if you don’t grab a shift that week they will take a point that’s makes no sense if someone grabs it before you oh well you wait until another comes I never seen where you get a point for not grabbing a shift fast enough
Hi I found your channel. And I start my locker position next month. It’s a flex schedule. Which is good for me because I also go to school in day times. I live in Southern California and I picked up the shift for 17.70 an hour
I hate those points!!! but in California it pays me 21-22 dollars which is crazy that u got less I hope the job I’m working is 21-22 which it said on the rate pay and let me know if that’s good also I live in Cali !!
HI! I currently work for the locker associate all the things you have mention in this video I have had the similar experience not much has changed. I work in Oregon this job is not bad, but it could be better. The customer service part isn't for me. It rough.
I literally quit this Locker Hub job three days ago then was rehired for a better Amazon full time job the next day- what a horrible locker job amazon has set up, its a scam and stressful
How many employees worked at the location you worked at? I’m going to be starting at a Whole Foods locker location in 3 weeks and I’m just curious how many coworkers I might possibly have and have to compete with when grabbing shifts.
Locker associates make $20+ on the North East actually insane how low California wages are at Amazon then again taxes so damn high that Amazon trying to cut corners from increasing wages over there 😅

I feel you for sure.. the scheduling can be bad sometimes. I probably would have left as well.

They treat the workers like dirt,you have to walk all over the hige warehouse,fast,no bathroom break, barely a lunch break.

When I did work there, it was about 7 or so different people rotating shifts

Yes I believe you can transfer to another position depending on the location and the vacancies.
Can you work different Whole foods or stuck at one site?
i was able to work 2 different locations after asking my supervisor.
I only took it because its easy to commute to and in the morning lol

I just picked it up in OR, $17.60. Lower than the warehouses, but easy flex shifts to pick up as a 2nd job
