How often should my air plant be watered in a bowl like this? And how often sprayed with fertilizer?

Weekly or every 2 weeks if you mist a few times in between is a good amount. Just make sure they get to dry upside-down for a few hours after. You could fertilize them monthly, too much fertilizer can cause burns. I just add very little into my water
