    I like this idea, maybe a smaller branch for my bedroom and a larger one in the kitchen.

      I spray it abundantly with water, and there is no need to remove excess water as it drips down itself. Thank you 😊

    the hot gloe is not good for the root! And hot gloe is alsow not goot for the Nature. Its Waste You dont neet to make. Use more naturaly materials ! And then it looks Nicer again. Tillancia can Make roots To Hold them self. It taks time but it Works. But nice Idea.

      It doesn’t affect the plant, just make sure the glue is not too hot, and it is applied on the dead woody parts of the plant. Been doing it for years now, not a single plant died. Thanks. Happy Gardening

      I use hot glue in my aquarium and it's perfectly safe on plants. I'm sure he knows what he is talking about. What is a more natural way to attach, with string?

    Does spraying water on all the plants - 1000s of them (including a thorough spraying on all the moss sticks) consume too much of water. We have water scarcity in Bangalore. Spraying of water thoroughly in your garden is keeping your plants so green and healthy.
    You said that plants grown vertically produce larger leaves. Can we grow English ivy (green as well variegated) vertically using moss sticks? Mine are in hanging pots and it is growing so lengthy that I have to keep the strings one inside the other and it looks like one big clump!

    • @adorablegreens
      @adorablegreens  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Off course spraying water saves a lot of water … but in too dry conditions it might not keep the plant roots hydrated … it does help in keeping the leaves clean and dust free which in turn gives the plant a better health and growth. English ivy is a dense creeper, so I don’t think it will give you extra large foliage when grown vertically, it always looks better in hanging clumps. Hope this helps, All the best. Happy Gardening

    How do u prevent mosquitoes breeding in the bromeliads?

    • @adorablegreens
      @adorablegreens  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      During the rainy season it becomes a problem though … but I try to keep a day or two off every week for watering the plants .. it doesn’t dry the plant at the same time the breeding is controlled.

    Cuál es esa pistola que pega las plantas,(no entiendo es una silicona especial)

    • @adorablegreens
      @adorablegreens  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It’s a regular glue stick gun .. it’s generally available in different power settings … for plants use a lower setting gun like a 40watt .. it doesn’t heat up too much so doesn’t affect the plant. All the best. Cheers happy gardening

    hot glue? ouch poor plants :( why not affix with string or rubber bands and cut off after roots?

    • @adorablegreens
      @adorablegreens  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for subscribing. I appreciate your concern with hot glue on plants. Mostly airplants and bromeliads have a layer of dead or dry bottom. as they are fed by moisture from the air. They are pretty hardy as they have to cling to other host plants in their natural habitat. I have done it for many years now. Gradually the glue peels of in bits and the plant grows fine hair like aerial roots to cling over the host branch. Moreover I make sure the glue isn't too hot, as I mentioned in the video, Its just hot enough to be malleable. Good Luck, Happy Gardening :)
