that's interesting what you say about the last days that at the point when Peter said it was the last days but in hindsight it wasn't. i've never thought about it like that. i'm not sure that is correct but i've never thought about it like that, i thought it meant that it was the last days of the old covenant.

what would have happened if they had received the message Peter preached? would the kingdom have come without tribulation and wrath?
i think verses 19, 20 and 21 happened in AD70 but i maintain an open mind.
