    You are awesome. I am planning to buy my lady a pair. She's been talking about them for a good year or so. You covered my concerns about the scratch and scuffs. Hopefully she wont see your video and comments because I want her to think I really know what Im doing.

    I also have the Neofilo in black it cost me only 20€ (27$) at my local shoe cobbler who is a Louboutin specialist.
    I'll use your tip for other designer shoes.

    I was debating whether I should invest in a Loub because of the red sole deterioration issue. This sold it for me. Thank you so much for the great tips! P.S. your kid is adorable. :)

    Finally! A video that actually goes through the steps. Question for you: did you have trouble getting the shield to stick to curvatures on your sole? I am not trying to cover the entire curved sole, but I do want it to cover the tip that rounds up a bit, and the shield is resisting.

    • @myztif
      @myztif  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Joanna. No I had no problem what so ever. It went on like a charm. I actually found some a couple days ago for $2 but they are smaller so I put two together and did it that way. I'm going to upload the video soon. Thanks for watching and please subscribe!

      Kookie dee did you mean what size shield? Lol I apologize just get the one that's for a regular android phone. They have them with two in the pack at best buy. If you buy the tablet screen size you will still be able to cut out enough round pieces to cover 3 shoes. If you're really good you can get 4 out of it but that size is rather expensive if you are only looking to cover 1 pair.

    Sorry forgot to ask when yoy use the scraper to smooth out bubbles it is not a hard rigid one that would damage the sole? thanks

    Hi Tiffy,
    Have you tried peeling it off? coz the protect your pumps does remove the red sole when you peel it off. I have watched other videos about it. Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.

    • @whatsuptiffy3812
      @whatsuptiffy3812 10 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Yasmin, yes it will pull the red off if you wait to try after several wears. After one or two wears you can get it off without peeling the red off but it takes a lot of strength! Good luck. Thanks for watching

    • @prettyyassy
      @prettyyassy 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Tiffy, meaning after wearing the shield screen protector for 2-3 times it will not peel off the red sole?

      @KidsNPlay 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      hi there! thank you. when heel heights are over 3 1/2 inches i wear a 39 1/2. These are at least 4 inches so they are size 39 1/2. They were on sale for $800.00 from Sax 5th Avenue.

    This is a great idea. I am def going to try this. Since the shield is so thick, did you use a razor to cut it? Thanks for sharing.

    does the shield make it slippery to walk in on any surfaces?

    • @myztif
      @myztif  10 ปีที่แล้ว

      No it doesn't make it slippery but it doesn't provide traction like the rubber soles do. I compared the protected shoe against the unprotected shoe on the other foot and it was more resistant to slipping on a tiled floor. However, on carpet it felt the same as the unprotected shoe. Once you get more wear on them they are less and less slippery. I hope this helps

    Hi. How long does the cover typically last? Have you ever had to replace them? Thank you in advance.

    • @KidsNPlay
      @KidsNPlay 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Casanova102986 hello! I still have the same
      Shields on them 3 yrs later I have not replaced them. They do get dirty and nasty looking on the bottom and I have to wipe the bottoms down but I haven't replaced it. I will mention that I don't wear them much because they are uncomfortable!! But I wear them once or twice a year.

    • @whatsuptiffy3812
      @whatsuptiffy3812 10 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I'm sorry I'm just seeing your comment. But you definitely want to go a half size up. They fit very snug to your foot which will be uncomfortable at first. They don't get loose to the point where they will flop so wear them around the house for about a week before wearing them out our you'll be sorry lol. Thanks for watching.

    Hi, can you replace the protecttor after it gets old? put a new one on? Thank you so much

    • @nicolenicole1105
      @nicolenicole1105 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes, you can take the protector right off when you're done and replace it with another screen shield. There are other TH-cam videos that do the same thing.

    • @lalalionking
      @lalalionking 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you :) .....I heard it could take the red paint off though

    • @nicolenicole1105
      @nicolenicole1105 9 ปีที่แล้ว

      I dont think so. I just bought my first pair two days ago and while in the store, the sales lady put some blue mask tape at the bottom in order to prevent scuffing while i tried them on in the store, because I wanted to go off the carpet and onto the main slippery floor, and when I got home, I took it off and it did not take off any paint. Im sure that mask tape was heavier than the protective shield would be. Hope this helps.

      oh noooo! well you actually can purchase a red sole paint from amazon or Michael's and repaint the sole then protect it. i know someone who did that. kinda buff the sole a little before painting. hope this helps

      Fab, they did say I could have a rubber sole put on for £35 but I wanted to take them home with me, I'm really gutted, the sole is so thin, I cant work out what its made of, looks like cork but I'm sure it cant be.

    SHIANE Rao yes I have tried to peel it off and is pretty tricky getting it off. Actually it takes alot of strength! Lol It also leaves it sticky on the bottom.
