    Thanks to popularize the famous capoeira macaco move. You made it in gracious way showing off the intermediate stage to a full macaco: my first capoeira master used to call it "macaca-u" which means a hydride move between "macaco" and "aú".

    Do you have any cure for tight lower back and hip when waking up in the morning. I am around 38, kind of athletic but sometimes I wake up feeling there is a ring of cement around my hip. Usually warming up and glute exercises help but seems there us a constant need to do thise

    • @rubenv3026
      @rubenv3026 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Strengthening the lower back itself has worked well for me.
      I've personally found seated goodmornings to be a very valuable exercise.

      Look to the cause. Do you sit for long periods of time without getting up and stretching? If you are desk worker, you got to make sure to do daily morning and evening stretches, like the cobra stretch, childs pose, and knees 2 chest. I work with desk workers very often.

      You don't have to be left handed or right handed just choose side that you are comfrontable going over it willbe same you like doing a 360 over and that feels more controlled. Try both sides and see which feels comfrontable if you never done arcobatics before.

    Have you ever tried the "Kalaripayatu Challenge"? it involves putting a leg through your arms when you are holding a long stick and then trying to break free. Check it out, I'm sure you'll get it!! I feel a lot of pain in my wrists, show us the correct technique.

    • @joelthesupergamerboy8427
      @joelthesupergamerboy8427 13 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      Make sure to stretch your wrists and warm them up as well so when do any movements that put into your wrist it won't hurt super badly

    Easiest flip??? I’ve been trying to get this move for almost 20 years and I still can’t do it 😢

    • @joelthesupergamerboy8427
      @joelthesupergamerboy8427 13 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Maybe you are rushing or maybe it is your body type not to mean but there are some big athletic people who even struggle with this move meant. Just keep trying and warming before hand helps as well.

    • @joelthesupergamerboy8427
      @joelthesupergamerboy8427 13 วันที่ผ่านมา

      Make sure to put your hand that you choose to use hand should be facing backwards looking behind you. Thurst your hips and push hard on the base arm. You must move your legs, hips, Swinging arm and head all at the same time. At you can just jump and hip thrust and swinging arm at the same time without flipping and then you can add the flip. You can always practice cartwheels to learn how to get used to being upside down and bail out if you get scared.

    Brother, I like your videos.. but we and the world is going to end. I'd suggest that if you'd want to find that inner peace and the true purpose of life, read QURAN ... I was searching for reality, truth, inner peace, and I found it ...so could you.. just try it, bro.. may Allaha guide you... Jesus said: My Lord your God is One GOD.... in Vedas its writtten "Natsya pratima asti, ekkam evaddityam" - There is no image of God and he is only One ... Quran says - kul hu Allaha hu ahad... "there is 1 got without a second" so what does God want from us ... find the purpose in the final revelation revealed to our last prophet Muhammad PBUH the Quran ...
