are you sure you are following the steps without rushing and skipping any? If you start slow and low and gradually make it higher with time you should have no problem :) It could take short or long time depending on your body shape
@@KaioFalcrow I think im stuck with the 3 step im doing the hip motion with the jump very fast and uncontrollably because i feel like otherwise im not gaining any height Quick note: Even tho people say its a easy moves im pretty new to this and i have big fear of going backwards i heard that the macaco is a great move to overcome this fear and get used to it Im gonna start from the beginning of youre video and gonna try again its just really frustrating when you dont see any improvments even trying really hard
