Is it just me or are her layers messed up? There a section that is cut blunt. It also looks as if there r a few gaps in there. Not a fan of this cut but if she loves it, I guess that's all that matters.
Your not alone... The layers are messed up ( coming from a hairstylist of 35yrs)... When using a razor, stick with the adding of softness around her face. And leave the rest alone. But if she likes it... That's all that matters. Until she steps outside and among her friends and family, they probably will make comments about her hair. And then... Here we go again!! 😵💫🤦♀️ If I was cutting her hair, I'd shampoo and dry her hair, THEN use the razor. So you can see where the mistakes are when she cut her hair.

@@bettybennett1828 ... Hey Betty ... I don't think that's possible. What you are describing with your hair is called an " Under cut " ... I used to give this hair cut when I was working. What you have to do with the back of your hair is part off the 1st layer of your hair, and cut off 3" to 4" inches of your hair. Part off the next layer of your hair and cut it longer than the first layer and repeat... If you bend your head over, and grab all of your hair and cut above your fingers as to how much you want to cut, your just going to get layers at the bottom of your hair... I hope this helped you 😃
I LOVE it! The cut is gorgeous and I love that the lines of the cut are beautiful when straight. Although I won't let anyone touch my hair with a razor, it worked out wonderfully for her!

Cos he said let it dry naturally and don't overdo it. Not sure ...😬 Surely they need to finish it like you say. Tidy up.
I have a curly head of hair and know to take care of it. Using a razor and cutting it wet are two No No’s. Curly hair looks best IMO when the curls are followed, dry cut to see the curls and not cut without regard for the natural way her hair curls. How can she take care of it now? Does she have to blow dry it to straighten it. If she does the curls may reappear in rain or humidity. I never fight my curls and get my hair cut only by a curly hair specialist. I get Diva cuts from someone with certification in the specialty. This works for me. I would like to know how she is doing with her haircut now.

I have to disagree about dry cutting. I do beautiful curly hair cuts, most say the best they've had I do a lot of slicing and random curls after layering. Of course you can see the curls while wet! Saying dry cutting is the only way is untrue, giving in to a trendy false idea and trying to guarantee that someone only goes to a faction of hairdressers that offer the service. You may have never had a decent wet curly haircut to compare My opinion
When you have curly hair it’s very difficult to have it short. The shorter it is the tighter the curls get and it’s NOT a cute look. Everyone wants what they don’t have. Curly hair is not always fun when you have thick, full curls, but you love straight hair.
Great work! Always pay your hair stylist a nice tip. Watch how they use the hair iron & don't be afraid to ask questions. I've got a great hair stylist. Blessed.

I pushed it back to the beginning & realized she started in an oatmeal colored turtleneck sweater & brown pants. And she finished in glittery jeans & light green short sleeved top! 🤷♀️
Sadly this is a common style that is ubiquitous in the UK & it’s awful!!…uneven layers & way too choppy!! If ladies have long luscious locks then just keep it simple with a blunt cut with a tiny bit of weight cut in at the bottom to give movement & swing & that way you can keep it in a healthy looking ponytail as it will be in that style 95% of the time!!
That is actually a really bad haircut. Save your money and fly to Australia. I’ll give you the right cut. And colour!!! All sorts of wrong going on here.

Curly hair cuts look odd straight. Like others have said it would be nice of they just scrunched it and left it wavy.

I think I would have done a tad more blending at the end but it probably looks perfect when curly.

You’re asking a common sense logical question. Those two things are a thing of the past , nobody uses them anymore.
