I knew when I first saw her, she was a very lovely woman! As a woman who has spent several years homeless , living in my old car, due to a new onset genetic nerve disease, I relate to her emotions and tears. You SAW her! You didn't look away with disgust. She is a real human person, and her puppy dog provides so much to her mental and emotional needs. She is gorgeous, and I am so grateful to you and your staff for treating her like Sophia Loren! I cried watching this! You can see the emotional pain this lady is in, this is probably the first time she has had the comfort of another person's physical touch in a long time! This is so much More than the haircut . This is a person being cared for with respect, dignity and compassion that she probably hasn't felt in a very long time! He taped the "transformation" so people could see how amazing he is and he made sure to show the outside of his shop so people could know where he is. Then he sent her on her way. Your so right kindness is an easy thing but for some reason people find it the hardest thing to do. People will walk past some one dying on the street and not give it a second thought. It takes one person to show kindness for the other people around to show interest. It's a sad world we live in.

It must feel like a miracle to this lady. To have a stranger care about her and express it in such a personal way is magic and it clearly touched her heart deeply. Women seem to be more emotional about their appearance, especially when they aren’t able to do anything about it because they are destitute and living on the street. You gave her a gift that no one and nothing can take away from her.

It's apparent she has a heart of gold. I gather a lot of where she stands today is a result of her kind heart. Sometimes, it's those who do right by others ends up alone lost in a dark world.
I was very impressed with this video from start to finish. One thing that stood out beyond the good deeds done for this woman is that despite her homelessness despair, she displayed being appreciative of her makeover, which you don't see with many homeless people who just don't care anymore. What was interesting is that it appears she's taken better care of her dog than herself. Kudos to everyone involved in this makeover and caring for her dog during this long process.
It is not just the transformation; it is the change in her expression and in the way she holds herself, the relaxation in the eyes and the eyebrows. It is truly astonishing what can happen when you care enough for another person to not just look away. And the end was just wonderful; she looked so happy!
Bless you and your staff for doing that for her and doing it with respect. I am a nurse and have had to give bed baths to multiple homeless patients as other nurses would refuse. To both do it and to also be professional and friendly and not gasp, etc is SOOO important. You and your staff got it!!!

This chap probably didn't know how successful this video would be, but he's had 14,000,000 views in 7 days. Being pessimistic, that should earn over $100,000 from yt, as far as I can make out. He could track her down and give her half that money and still have made a huge payday. She could get a very modest cottage in a town, white goods and a safe permanent home for her and dog.

This woman is someone’s mother, sister, daughter, aunt or niece . Whatever circumstances led her to become homeless , could happen to anyone at any giving time or moment. As a woman who has spent several years homeless , living in my old car, due to a new onset genetic nerve disease, I relate to her emotions and tears. You SAW her! You didn't look away with disgust. She is a real human person, and her puppy dog provides so much to her mental and emotional needs. She is gorgeous, and I am so grateful to you and your staff for treating her like Sophia Loren! No, he didn't. He gave her a haircut, a pair of pants and a shirt. He taped the "transformation" so people could see how amazing he is and he made sure to show the outside of his shop so people could know where he is. Then he sent her on her way. What did she have to eat for her next meal? Where did she sleep that night?

It must feel like a miracle to this lady. To have a stranger care about her and express it in such a personal way is magic and it clearly touched her heart deeply. Women seem to be more emotional about their appearance, especially when they aren’t able to do anything about it because they are destitute and living on the street. You gave her a gift that no one and nothing can take away from her.

It's apparent she has a heart of gold. I gather a lot of where she stands today is a result of her kind heart. Sometimes, it's those who do right by others ends up alone lost in a dark world.
I was very impressed with this video from start to finish. One thing that stood out beyond the good deeds done for this woman is that despite her homelessness despair, she displayed being appreciative of her makeover, which you don't see with many homeless people who just don't care anymore. What was interesting is that it appears she's taken better care of her dog than herself. Kudos to everyone involved in this makeover and caring for her dog during this long process.

Bless you and your staff for doing that for her and doing it with respect. I am a nurse and have had to give bed baths to multiple homeless patients as other nurses would refuse. To both do it and to also be professional and friendly and not gasp, etc is SOOO important. You and your staff got it!!!

The kindness and generosity of yourself and your team revealed the true beauty of the person underneath. Her amazing beautiful smile and the light that shone from her eyes after you had finished just made me cry with sadness for how she was and in joy for the beauty you had released. When the whole world is turning against itself it is small acts of kindness, like this, that helps restore our faith in our fellow man.

But why didn’t anyone notice from the moment he walked over to her and she was moving her hands, her nails were perfectly manicured and painted a light pink!? This stuff is very misleading and not nice to pull on everyone’s heart strings!!! The first thing you notice about a homeless person is how filthy their hands are.... too bad this wasn’t a real story.. it would’ve really made a difference.

He could do that and easily STILL have half, and if he filmed that handover, he could probably earn half, to AS much again. Set her up with years of rates, food allowance, electricity costs. Even an emergency vet fund for the dog. Now THAT would be accomplishing amazing stuff, using yt. Tho' they are far from generous. All these viewings do a lot more for them.
