1980’s Pop Rock Star who wrote his songs. I had this album, actually I had many albums back then. The house I was living in caught fire & the only thing the Firemen was able to save was my big 28” old fashion tube tv. It was a Curtis Mathis TV. There slogan was: “The most expensive television made, and darn well worth it”. That tv lasted 30+ years. All my albums melted & many melted together. Love your reaction. ❤ Timothy
At this time in his career, many of his songs revolved around his divorce from his wife. Who did she have an affair with? I don't follow people's life that closely. But whoever it was. was immortalized in this song. If I were him, I'd have tried to monetize it.
This live performance surpasses the studio recording of the album. 🌺

Most iconic and epic divorce song on the planet! Btw back in the 80’s we ALL played air drums when this song came on the radio!✌🏻😎
We can see a classic scene with this song, in the first episode of TV show "Miami Vice" (in 1984)
This was in the Miami Vise series
Alright!!
Thanks 🙏❤
