And the first rule after seeing them, pretend you didn't but they know you see them and you already ran away first thing first don't go to your house instead go to store or market a place with people so it didn't end up staying in your house

Also, for "I Heard It Too" I remember reading a comment somewhere saying that the "monster" was Sarah's actual mother and that the mom she grew up with, was the kidnapper. And I think the real mother died and never found her daughter, so she came back in death somehow to retrieve her, which explains why at 22:09, the mother was crying.
