During an interview with the creator, Steven Chamberlain, Steven said the first part of them joking and laughing about was all real and one of them mentioned how creepy it would be if they were permanently stuck on that road, with somebody else in the car suggesting they film it, thus resulting in the inspiration for the killer. I’d seriously recommend the next few parts of it. It pretty much explains how the protagonists could put an end to the time loop that they’re stuck in but can’t due to constant self sabotage

Can we take a moment to just...appreciate how good that last one was? That was the first time in this entire series where I felt genuinely terrified. The acting was so fricking real, from the characters sounding like a bunch of kids joking around while recording themselves, only for them to get mutilated and go from comical to crying in agony. The thing that got to me the most was how the camera kept going back, showing the other videos taken, showing their lives, families, how long they've lived for, the memories they've all shared, the ways they connected with one another, and overall how solid their bond truly was. And now all of those amazing memories those people shared were gone within nine minutes. That's what made this truly heartwrenching.

Usually these aren't to scary, especially since cory un-immerses me at the end, but the music on that last one and his comment about hearing the music in the dark got me tripping.
The last one scared me the most. The fact that it seemed so realistic of a group of friends being lost and a deranged killer unfortunately encountering them is disturbing. The part where the killer smashed one of the friend’s head in with the camera really messed me up.

The spider webs in the first one, indicate there has been no driver in the van for a long time. That's why it is very dusty and as foe the levitation there is some sort of demon I think that takes new people. (The van is possessed and working without a driver, there haven't been a driver in the van)

No Thru Road is the real definition of horror. People would think something with demons and ghosts are the scariest types of videos but in reality it's the videos like this one that shows you how horrifying real life can be. Even though this still has some supernatural stuff in it, it still depicts reality because there has been multiple times this has happened. Not supernaturally but people have been killed while driving alone late at night.

The last one scared me the most. The fact that it seemed so realistic of a group of friends being lost and a deranged killer unfortunately encountering them is disturbing. The part where the killer smashed one of the friend’s head in with the camera really messed me up.

The spider webs in the first one, indicate there has been no driver in the van for a long time. That's why it is very dusty and as foe the levitation there is some sort of demon I think that takes new people.

No Thru Road is the real definition of horror. People would think something with demons and ghosts are the scariest types of videos but in reality it's the videos like this one that shows you how horrifying real life can be. Even though this still has some supernatural stuff in it, it still depicts reality because there has been multiple times this has happened. Not supernaturally but people have been killed while driving alone late at night.
I'm gonna be honest, that last video actually scared me a lot.
