The AP might be having trouble finding the wireless LAN controller. Cisco wireless is really complicated and difficult to use though, so it could be many things.
@@thefiXfiles yes I specifically held the mode button I read somewhere that I might've changed the IP address of the router... I only have my phone is there a way on Android that I can get into it manually typing the Mac address if that's even a thing

Yeah the steps should be the same. -D is just the regulatory domain. I’m assuming you’re in India with a -D.
