He's only ever played for two clubs in his life. He came up though Barca's youth team and made his senior debut in 2002. He left Barcelona after 16 years in 2018 and moved to Japan to play for Vissel Kobe. He's a modern day football legend, one of the best midfielders of his generation. He's been with them for so long, he's worn all their different jerseys over the years.

of course they have a rivalry are you kidding me? its not animosity or anything like that but they have been competing to see who is the best for over 10 years playing for the two biggest rival teams in the world. having a rivalry doesn’t mean they hate each other. as a matter of fact they have deep respect for each other.nevertheless they obviously have a rivalry, or at least they did when they both played in Spain.
11:45 lmao no it wasn’t. He scored for Barcelona, they were probably playing against Levante that day which has similar colors. Barcelona has had some crazy jerseys over the years
11:40 I know other people have explained already, but to try and put all the info together into one comment: Iniesta came up through Barcelona's youth system and played for their first team from the 2002-03 season until the end of the 2017-18 season. After that season, he moved to Japan to play for Vissel Kobe, where he still plays now. These are the only two clubs that Iniesta has played for in his senior career; most of the highlights are from his time at Barcelona, but some are from him playing at Vissel Kobe, and a few are also of him playing for the Spanish national team. Every team also has multiple jerseys, obviously, like every other sport. The difference is, unlike most other sports where the two or three jerseys usually just follow the team's color scheme, football kits tend to be way more varied. Barcelona's first kit, the one they wear most of the time, is that blue and red combination you know so well, and every year the design changes; last year's was a pretty odd checkerboard pattern, in 2015-16 it was horizontal stripes, but usually speaking it's some form of vertical stripes. The other kits, however, tend to be all over the place in both design and color scheme. This year, in addition to the blue and red (and yellow) stripes, Barcelona have a black kit and a pink kit; last year, they had a yellow kit and a teal green kit. So it can be pretty hard to identify which team someone is playing for, especially if you don't know the player, their history, or the team's history all that well. The orange and yellow jersey at 11:40 is the Barcelona "away" kit for the 2012-13 season; he didn't score against Barcelona. They were playing another team (Levante, I think) which ALSO uses blue and red stripes (albeit in slightly differnet shades) for their home/first kit. Like I said, Barcelona (most clubs, actually) prefer wearing their home jerseys whenever possible, so they do so at basically any opportunity, regardless of whether they are at home or on the road. But since they were playing another club using the same color pattern, and they were the away team rather than the home team, they were the ones who had to change into a visibly different uniform, and that's why it looks like he was playing against Barcelona.
He was one of the best playmakers of all time! The only player ever to score and get a man of the match Award in a champions league final, a european championship final and a world cup final! He's one of barca's greatest legends and played for them for 15 years.
That goal on 8 minutes was not just a big goal, that was a winner against Netherlands in the world cup final in 2010 that was in SA. That's basically the most important goal a soccer player can ever score in his career.
Without this dude Messi’s career wouldn’t have been the same. Messi is still a phenomenal player but this guy was not far from Messi’s level. If Messi was a 10 he was a 9.5
I always remember him as a big game player, "clutch" af. He scored some of the most important goals in recent football history and had some incredible performances in very big games. No wonder that he won literally everything there is to win.
Jerseys rundown Home kit: Each club has a home jersey which are the same colours every year e.g Barca’s are the purple and blue you see they just change the pattern from time to time Away kit: Every club has an away kit where the clubs jersey designers style the kits in various colours and patterns e.g the orange and yellow kit you saw inesta in (that kit was a Barca away kit) Usually the away kits are more valuable because every season they change and are not made again after that season
He was one of the best midfielders of all time. He did get muscled off the ball sometimes, but that's because he was unstoppable otherwise. His ability to dribble past multiple defenders and still have the vision to setup a perfect pass for an onrushing forward is legendary, and he did it game after game for club and country for years. That highlight reel just scratches the surface.
Andres Iniesta, an attacking Midfielder, played for FC Barcelona only in Europe. (The yellow and orange kits were the 2013 away kits). He spent his whole career there up until 2018. He won everything with them. Then he moved to Japan in 2018 because he never wanted to face Barcelona ever. He is also a Spanish international, 2 times Euro and World Cup Winner (scoring the winner). Iniesta Xavi and Messi were the deadliest trio. Keep up the good work guys! Cheers from Lebanon ✌✌

Iniesta and Xavi were the platform that helped Messi becoming the beast he is now. They fed him with magical passes and he just had to finish. No wonder why Messi struggles when he is with the Argentinian national team where no one can give him those great passes. IMO Iniesta should have at least one Ballon d'Or...

Dude had the softest touch and most elegant style. Pleasure seeing this genius. Dope seeing y’all react to one of the goats. Also won the cup for his country for the first time ever. El Ilusionista 🪄
Soccer teams usually have 3 colours of jersey, in case they face teams with similar colours. Most of the different kits you guys saw were Barcelona's too.
a great football mind once said "the most difficult thing in football is to play simple", Iniesta and Xavi were the best alongside Messi doing that, probably the most amazing minds ever in football, they make it look easier
and btw when you guys said that he scored on barcelona he was actually playing for barcelona but with the alternative kit, every team has 2 or 3 colorways for their kits
He's a midfielder, but imagine the soccer field divided into 4 quarter. They practice how to move the ball around in the last quarter of the attacking side of the field. Sense it's a lost less space to cover and it seems like he's in different positions but he's actually just checking to the ball or making run to open up the gaps to attack.
he’s only played for 2 teams, all the jerseys that are white mainly are for the japanese team he currently plays for and the rest are barcelona unless it’s a solid red top then it’s for spain. he moved to japan cause he felt he couldn’t play for barcelona anymore and he said he’d never play against the team he grew up in ranks for so that’s why he plays in japan
Each football team has 3 kits per season. Home, away and alternate Jersey. The home is always the same concept with a twist like Barcelona’s purple and blue or Madrid’s all white. The away jersey is different but most clubs have the alternate jersey as the widest in terms of design.
All the football teams has 3 types of shirts (1,2 and 3 equitment). Mostly of the times 1st equipment is used when they play local, 2nd and 3rd are used when they are visit. This is why you see players wearing so many shirts, when some of them have just played for 1-2 clubs. The 2nd abd 3rd equipment colors changed every year. Only the 1st equipment colors stay the same
In football/soccer every team changes their jerseys every year. And they have 3 kits home, away and a third kit. So if a player plays for 10 years then he would have wore like 30 different kits and may be 10 more including the national team . So its around 40 different kits ...that's why you see so many different jerseys and colours in football.
11:46 that was not on Barcelona, that was against levante, a Spanish club that has similar colors, and I’m that game he was in Barcelona, it’s jut that those are the away jerseys, 2012-13 season
What's great about football is that you can know nothing about it and still enjoy watching it like you guys 🙂 Google those two goals: against Chelsea - starts as black and white clip. And second against Netherlands that you said that seems like an important one. Both were a trophy winning or leading to a trophy goals. And he never scored against his own team. Teams have a different sets of jerseys. Some of them have similar ones. If there are two teams having the same colours, one of them has to play in their secondary set of clothes. So it was Barca in yellowish playing against other team in red and blue
You said in the video it’s not a give n go it’s tiki taka. Tiki tika is a set of passes that are usually one touch. Commonly done in a triangle. Keeping possession or escaping pressure. A give and go is exactly what it means. You pass to someone and they give it back. So there’s a give n go’s and tiki taka
Iniesta played in Barcelona basically his whole football career , he played alongside Messi and Neymar also . Now I think he is playing in china since he is gotten pretty old .
He never scored against Barcelona, there are several teams in Spain who wear the same color as Barcelona (the home team keeps their firt uniform colors and the away has to use secondary, that's why Barcelona was wearing the orange one)
Iniesta only played for Barcelona his entire career he retired from competitive football and went to Japan for a few years. The jersey you liked in yellow and orange faded into each ither is Barcelona’s away kit (jersey) for that year, he did not score against his old team, he scored with Barça against a team wearing same colour scheme 👍🏽
He scored against Levante in the Spanish League not against his old team (Barcelona) which looks almost identical to Barcelona’s jersey. So the the yellow orange two tone color jersey you saw was Barcelona’s away from home color
A little more info.. Tiki Taka is the philosophy/tactic/style of play. There are teams who can pull off strings of passes that's why they may seem like their main play style is Tiki Taka, but don't really play that way for the whole match. "One-two" is the more appropriate term equivalent for basketball's "Give and go". It's known as such because you immediately (or sometimes almost immediately) pass it to another player.
Teams do strings of passes to usually get out of a situation or because the situation requires them to, since football tactics aren't really definitive of the outcome and are highly dependent on the players' ability. Whereas teams who do implement Tiki Taka scare defenses using the passing game and are capable of pulling off intelligent moves and passes, like the FC Barcelona team that involved Messi, Xavi and Iniesta.
11.15 i get that it looks confusing but clubs change their jerseys a lot, each year they come out with 3 new uniforms. But in this video you mostly see him at Barcelona and some clips of the national team of spain. (sorry if my English isn't correct)

Here, Victor from Colombia. Big fan!
He played for Barcelona for most of his career then he move to a team in Japan a few years ago he was one of Barcelona’s most iconic players
At 8:18, that big-ass goal was the only goal made in that match, which was the 2010 World Cup final
He played Left Wing during his early years, and ad he got older he transitioned more towards the center alongside Xavi
8:17 damn right it was big ass goal. Biggest in spain’s history. That was the goal that won spain their first ever world cup
One of my favorite players!
So good and elegant yet so underrated.
He was a huge part of the great barca and the national team. There are no players like him anymore 😔
No no one underrates him trust me.
Iniesta played central midfield. He didn't score many career goals but was a real magician. He played fpr Barcelona and The Spanish National team. He plays in the Japanese league. He's around the same age as Ronaldo
He only played for Barcelona in Spain, Spain national team & now for Vissel Kobe in Japan. Teams have home & away jerseys.
In 2020 he turned 35 that’s the king of midfield nobody was better in his days at Barcelona
React to: Tony kroos’s signature move, the kroos shuffle. Straight heat
It shows the technical side of futbol. The players that have that technical touch. Kroos havertz de jong
"Toni Kroos makes football look easy" by MadridistaTV is the best Kroos Highlight-video and much better for reactions
elastico isn't a cross-over. It's what you guys have been calling "snake" move
8:07 that’s when he won the world cup on 2010 with Spain 🇪🇸 vs Netherlands.
a great football mind once said "the most difficult thing in football is to play simple", Iniesta and Xavi were the best alongside Messi doing that, probably the most amazing minds ever in football, they make it look easier
and btw when you guys said that he scored on barcelona he was actually playing for barcelona but with the alternative kit, every team has 2 or 3 colorways for their kits
Soccer teams get different jerseys every year, thats why you see him wearing so many different ones
he’s only played for 2 teams, all the jerseys that are white mainly are for the japanese team he currently plays for and the rest are barcelona unless it’s a solid red top then it’s for spain. he moved to japan cause he felt he couldn’t play for barcelona anymore and he said he’d never play against the team he grew up in ranks for so that’s why he plays in japan
Iniesta was the playmaker of FC Barcelona...Dude is a legend !!!
He was indeed older in some of these clips but not as old as you probably think. He been looking 40 ever since his teenage years
Let's do this!
Xavi and Iniesta were a legendary yet still underrated duo of virtuoses
Only the 1st equipment colors stay the same
Andrés Iniesta: one of the three greats of Tiki Taka at the Fúlbol Club Barcelona and the Spanish National Team ...
Iniesta of my life!!!!!
11:46 that was not on Barcelona, that was against levante, a Spanish club that has similar colors, and I’m that game he was in Barcelona, it’s jut that those are the away jerseys, 2012-13 season
The man that scored the goal that made Spain champions of the wold, one of the men that gave Messi most passes, Cerebro (brain) Iniesta...
11:44 its not barca, its Levante....
What's great about football is that you can know nothing about it and still enjoy watching it like you guys 🙂
Google those two goals: against Chelsea - starts as black and white clip.
Iniesta plays as if he had the ball glued to his feets
Great video and the soundtrack 🔥🔥🔥!
He only played for 2 teams. Barcelona and vissel kobe. Iniesta left barcelona in 2018 and now plays for Vissel Kobe.
Iniesta played in Barcelona basically his whole football career , he played alongside Messi and Neymar also . Now I think he is playing in china since he is gotten pretty old .
Iniesta is one of the greatest midfielders to ever play mane
Man how time flies. I remember when I was a lil boy watching Xavi, Iniesta and yaya Touré
YOU guys are so underrated
He never scored against Barcelona, there are several teams in Spain who wear the same color as Barcelona (the home team keeps their firt uniform colors and the away has to use secondary, that's why Barcelona was wearing the orange one)
The magician!!!
Glad you've been using the arrows xD
Iniesta only played for Barcelona his entire career he retired from competitive football and went to Japan for a few years. The jersey you liked in yellow and orange faded into each ither is Barcelona’s away kit (jersey) for that year, he did not score against his old team, he scored with Barça against a team wearing same colour scheme 👍🏽
Barcelona 's 2015 sqaud was too much bruh 🔥
He scored against Levante in the Spanish League not against his old team (Barcelona) which looks almost identical to Barcelona’s jersey. So the the yellow orange two tone color jersey you saw was Barcelona’s away from home color
Iniesta position is Central Midfielder.
This crazy man for me that im from barcelona and barça is the fucking god of the mid field
They finally discovered how to REWIND 👏👏👏👏
he didnt score against his old team! the other team had a similar jersey to barcelona. But that goal was him in Barcelona with their away kit
There are only few teams who can play and actually played Tiki Taka fluently.
Yeeeeeaaaahh! Finaly!
But you two guys are a pleasure to watch !
11.15 i get that it looks confusing but clubs change their jerseys a lot, each year they come out with 3 new uniforms. But in this video you mostly see him at Barcelona and some clips of the national team of spain. (sorry if my English isn't correct)
