Two Repellent Modes to Choose
FLEXTAIL TINY REPEL creates a 30-foot zone of protection against mosquitoes. Ideal for backpackers, campers, hunters, and other outdoors people. You can insert mats into both sides of the device, and also use only one side to insert mat based on your needs.
In order to cope with different environments and needs, TINY REPEL has two modes ---Camp Mode and Outdoor Mode. To activate TINY REPEL, double press to enter the camp mode, and the indicator light turns green. Press again to enter the outdoor mode, and the indicator light turns red. Press the power button again to turn off TINY REPEL. Camp mode creates 10-foot zone protection for 10 hours, while outdoor mode creates 30-foot zone protection for 7 hours.

That lower bit isn't the heating element, it's a reflector for the light. The heater element is at the top. I bought one to use recently in Scotland against the midges as it's supposed to repel them and it was absolutely useless. If anything it attracted them even more, very disappointing. I have a video of them surrounding me while holding it in my hand. They are supposed to be sending me some stronger pads to try. Would like to see some actual evidence videos of it keeping midges at bay if you have any? Plus the pads they sent me are black not blue like you show here

It doesn't work! I can only advise against a purchase. Return only at your own expense with tracking. Costs from Germany to the USA between 40 and 60€.

Same concept as a Thermacell, but instead of butane cartridges it uses a rechargeable battery to heat the pads. This is a MUCH better design and more cost effective since you don't need to buy "fuel" as well as the pads.
The chemical meperfluthrin is a synthetic version of what is in cyhalothrin found naturally in Chrysanthemum flowers. Low toxicity and has been used in some form for over 50 years in candles and Mosquito coils. Much safer too I burned down a park picnic table with a Mosquito coil once.

Awesome video per usual. I’ve used similar devices that utilize those tablets. Not sure if it’s just me but I’ve heard others comment commenting that they have really trippy dreams when it is used in an enclosed spaces. Some of the fever dreams I have had were rather disturbing 😳. FYI make sure to wash your hands after handling them, they are toxic. Another option is to sleep 😴 with Rooney, mosquitoes 🦟 are attracted to body warmth 🥸. Cheers 🍺🫵🤟🇨🇦🫡🇬🇧🤟🫵🍺
