You know, I wished they use the knight weapons and armor for a campaign, like a castle in Spain and for one section, a group must jump into the armor to get through a crowd of the undead. While in it, they take less damage, can't be grappled or infected. But walk slower, and can't use guns.

They soon need to put the armor and fight to get out.
honestly i miss the old Blunderbuss, sure it doesn't look detailed but the reload is quite fast and i actually mained the seaman until the new blunderbuss came out which i didn't like but i do understand balance but still :(

The minigun could of been used if reskined to look like a gatling gun which could be built by a sapper or as a stand alone object fo aid in objective maps. Altbough the gatling gun was created in 1862 so that may be a lore probolem

they could probably nerf the colt and make it into a super duper tedious unlock. like you need every non-limited badge, plus you need to survive 75 rounds on endless, etc. this wouldn't be THAT far of a stretch (though it is still a stretch nonetheless), since the revolver was invented in the 1830s. the napoleonic wars started in the 1800s to the 1810s i believe, so revolvers WERE a thing back then they just were basically never used until the wild west days. i'm not saying this isn't breaking the rule of "follow the time period" but i'm not saying it IS breaking the rule either.
