Nene, the oldest female gorilla in the country, was scolding her daughter Ai for not coming outside at breakfast time.
Later, Nene had her food taken by her son Kiyomasa, but she wasn't angry with him.
Nene is very strict with her daughter Ai, but when she was playing with Ai, her smile was very nice.

It looked to me like Nene was trying to run Ai away from that food nearby and really at this point Ai is the only one that will allow Nene to dominate. You see how fast Nene slipped out the back door when Annie was climbing up haha
I think Nene is about 80yrs. old in human years.
Hopefully, the zoo keeper is giving Nene extra food.
