That desk came out looking great! I also am using a folding table desk, maybe I'll upgrade one day.

I'm impressed that the edging is enough to support the kerf cut desktop when it's under load from the computer monitor and speakers

I got here from your "How To Bend Wood By Looking At It." Very inventive! I saw something ages ago where a guy made a locking drawer joint by having a custom saw blade made to cut the shape he needed. I wondered how much that cost. Seems like it would be simple to have an angled saw blade ¼" thick, with the angles on each side and a 1/32 radius on the outer teeth. Then a finger joint jig could be made and this could be done on a table saw. The blade could be 8½" diameter or maybe even 6¼". I don't know how much the angled CNC bit cost, but it is probably shlow compared to what you could do with a table saw blade with that shape. Have you bent 8/4 boards? I have an idea that has curves in 2x4s. This is a great idea with endless possibilities! One strange thing here is the reducer on the Dewalt planer outlet to an expansion adapter on the hose. Wouldn't the hose fit onto the planer outlet? Excellent videos and well done!

it seems kinda weird to me that american youtubers always use pocketscrews. I'm a carpenter and during my 3 year apprenticeship they were not even mentioned. seems to be like an americna thing to me. one day i will buy a jig and try them. maybe i will get enlightened :)
