Some love him and some hate him but you must admit that his Physique is top of class. There are some others who are truly gunning for him. Cedric Macmillan, Shawn Rhoden are a couple to name a few. I believe Phil deep down inside knows these guys can catch him slipping if his training across the boards isn't up to par. Respectfully he is the champion and he must train, live, eat and breathe as such.
9 pm, just eating dinner after workout and listing this epic motivation. This video kicks my ass to do more and more and never stop. Never give up.

Sometimes a never give a fuck attitude puts you in a zone where you can close out all critique positive or negative and enter the zone you zero in on your target.
